Ejeren af udlejningsbilen var meget venlig, hjælpsom og tålmodig, ikke kun ved afhentning og tilbagelevering, men hvis der var spørgsmål, var de så venlige at hjælpe dig så godt, de kunne. De delte alle oplysninger på forhånd, og hvad der kunne have været en god tjeneste fra din side fra takecars var at arrangere kontrakten på forhånd, især i tilfælde af at al forsikring og alt andet blev betalt på forhånd. Bilen var meget pålidelig og gjorde, hvad der blev forventet, hvilket gav os en sikker og smuk rejse rundt i Albanien.

Fremragende service. Artur var meget venlig og punktlig. Vi tog en Ford Fiesta i 6 dage, og der var ingen problemer med bilen. Du får fuldt brændstof og en ren bil og skal bringe den tilbage i samme stand. Gode priser. Kan varmt anbefales!

Alt var godt, vi fik bilen hurtigt, den var ren og havde fuld tank. Efter endt leje hentede vi den, hvor det passede os, præcis på det aftalte tidspunkt. Så tak for den gode service 👍🏻

Vi nød det virkelig, fyrens afhentning i lufthavnen var fantastisk, og bilen var pålidelig. Vi var 7 personer, men vi organiserede også vores bagage i det overliggende rum, som de stillede til rådighed for os. Jeg vil også anbefale det til prisen. Alt var perfekt

Alt var godt. Vi fik ikke den bil, vi havde bestilt. Den var ældre og manuel. Men bilen fungerede godt, fyren, der hentede os og stoppede i lufthavnen, var fantastisk. Han var flink og forklarede alt. Vi takker for hjælpen.

It was my first time using your website, and it went perfectly. My flight to Albania delayed almost 8 hours and the deliver was super patient and attentive. The car was comfortable and economic just like we asked for. I left with a positive feedback of the company.

Second day , we smelled gasoline for many kilometers, fortunately we decided to stop. The gasoline hose was spraying diesel all over the place we risked catching 8 people on fire with a 5 year old child. We called the owner who after only 3 hours got us the spare van requesting the wasted gasoline from the first van although more than half was lost on the road, the gasoline from the second van . We stayed for more than an hour in an isolated road with a minor of 5 years then a private person gave us a ride for only 30 euros to a cafe almost ten kilometers from the place where we stopped and of course we had to have lunch there given the hour despite other friends were waiting for us at the Benje spa with sandwiches and of course needless to say a day totally skipped because of this breakdown . In the end according to him on the bill he only took off from us the 30 euros of the passage. Needless to say that through a lawyer we are trying to figure out whether to proceed legally since the child's mother is Albanian because we were treated really badly. P.s. the owner demanded that we thank him for bringing us in only three hours the replacement van , which by the way in other parts of the world is totally normal and moreover we had full kasco insurance. Be careful !!!

Excellent experience: we made a booking 2 hour in advance only. Fast response from website, easy registration and we got our car at pick up place. No credit cards, no complication with return process: easy and fast. Very recommended for road trip through Albania

I was very impressed by the accessibility and kindness of the staff who looked after me...even the car, although not new and with a few kilometers on it, was kept in perfect condition...clean and efficient...and drove me around Albania without any problems roads (not quite ideal).... very nice staff... ☺️☺️

My experience with arthur was totally good. Once at the airport we immediately met arthur's son, a very kind guy that gave us all the informations about the car. The car was in perfect condition and nothing was wrong with it the entire trip. To be honest we were totally surprised about how much kilometers you can do on a single tank! Very good experience

Everything was allright. We have survived driving in Albanian mountains. No damage, no failure. The engin of the car was weak for mountains but it was my choice and I knew it. Love your country and the trafic. The guys renting me a car were pleasant and fair.

I had a good experience with renting the Zafira. We had some problems with the flights but the owner was very flexible in times and days of usage so that was great. Also an old car but still driving very well. No issues along the rivht
