Mange tak for jeres indsats. Vi var meget tilfredse med jeres personale, især den kollega, der ventede til midnat med at aflevere os. Vi vil gerne booke hos jer igen når som helst. Tak igen og god fornøjelse!

Jeg oplevede et par ubehagelige situationer. 1. Bilen var ikke en Ford Fiesta, men jeg fik en anden bil. 2. Vi betalte 50 euro for en autostol, men stolen svarede ikke til den rigtige alder, da de stole, vi havde brug for, var defekte, henholdsvis i lejeperioden kunne vi ikke bruge autostolen. 3. Vi bad om at returnere vores bil til lufthavnen, da vi havde en 6 måneder gammel baby, og det var ubehageligt at bevæge sig rundt, men de gik stadig ikke med til det, selv mod betaling. 4. Bøder blev trukket fra uden vores samtykke (bøde for at aflevere bilen beskidt, men bilen var stadig i dårlig stand, da vi modtog den). 5. Depositummet er ikke blevet returneret den dag i dag. 6. Vi anbefalede takecars.com til 2 venner, der også havde ubehagelige situationer med andre biler end de ønskede, med biler, hvor klimaanlægget ikke fungerede.

everything was great. The car did a good job and they provided us a friendly service. The only minor downside was that we had to pay 5 euros for the cleaning afterwards which is not common renting a car in western countries. It should be included in my opinion.

Fiat Punto
The fiat punto I rented had airconditionning out of order , so we were upgraded with a skoda fabia. Though we wasted a lot of time we ended up with a nice car and were happy. In addition the car delivery at the hotel was really late. The drop off at the airport was smooth. All in all a good experience we would recommend, but not the lowest grade car such as the Punto.

We had a good experience. The communication went very well via whatsapp. Fast response time even in the evening. They have a great drop-off and pick-up service. We used different locations. Everything was possible, even if it was a three hour drive form there office. Unfortunately our car broke down after a week. The customer service responded quickly and immediately sent a new car while we went for lunch. Thing like this can happen. More important is how it is solved. They solved it nicely. In short, I recommend this company because of the good service, car and decent prices.

Everything went as expected. The car itself is pretty worn and has a number of issues like the tank doesn't close, windshield spray doesn't work, right mirror outer plastic cover fell off once etc. However, it drives and that's what mattered. Communication with the rental was quick and easy. Overall, I can recommend the company.

The site itself is convenient, but does not contain complete information about the condition of the rented car. It starts for 10-15 minutes (either the battery is old or the spark plugs need to be cleaned). Hollowed steering rack. I have no complaints about the site. I was very disappointed with the condition of the car, and had trouble.

Everything went just fine !!! I liked that we were met at the airport and immediately taken to the car and we did not waste time looking for it in the parking lot. The manager spoke excellent English, we completed all the documents on the spot in 5 minutes and hit the road! Also, there were no problems with returning the car. I threw off our geolocation to the manager and he approached the car within 5 minutes! On the spot we were returned a deposit of 50 euros and EVERYTHING !!! Good service and most importantly no deposit !!!
