well there was some issues with the car , but we solved all problems there was very cold nights in the mountains and engine coolant froze inside , so engine was overheating we solve this after few days by adding antifreeze some issues with a car, but good support from people who was renting the car, all instructions remotely and etc.

This will be a long story but probably worth to read it. We rented a Nissa X-Trail for a week in Tbilisi. We picked up the car straight from the airport. After we checked everything we told the person that brought the car that something is wrong with the oil but he said everything is fine. Then we realised that the WIFI we payed for is not in the car. After many calls they told us to go to the city centre and they'll bring it asap. That's what we did but in the end we were waiting over 5 hours for that. So our first day in Georgia was lost. We started the journey the next day. The car drove good besides some engine sounds good. We told the manager that we think something is wrong with the engine and again we were told everything is fine so we continued driving. When we were in Telavi (around 2h from Tbilisi) the car didn't start anymore so we had to go to a work shop. The guys told us after a diagnose that they'll need 2 days to repair it. We contacted the manager and she said they will repair it the same day and we should just wait there. So we waited over 3 hours until they told us again that we'll not get the car back. Then we had to convince the manager to bring us a new car. We had to walk with all our luggage back to the city centre and were told a new car will come in about 2 hours. After waiting over 6 hours the new car arrived at 9.30 p.m.. No one was telling us during the day what is going on and that it will take way longer. So we lost another day. The new car was a Pajero in worse condition than the one we had before. It was way smaller, less HP and more used. Again we told the manager about it and that it would be just fair to give us a discount. She was avoiding us so we needed to find another person to talk about this issues. The boss agreed that we'll get back 150GEL once we bring the car to the airport. The guy taking the car just had 100GEL and refused to give us more. After long discussion we agreed on something. Georgia is a beautiful country with amazing people. The experiences we made with this car rental were very disappointing. It's normal that there can be a problem but the way it was handled and we were treated as customers was very unprofessional.

In general, everything went well, but I will voice a couple of remarks. The car was in good condition, it never let us down on the way, the interior was tidy, the air conditioning worked well. From the remarks - the car was taken almost with an empty tank, just drove away - the light bulb came on, we went straight to the gas station. It would be nicer of course to get a refueled car and when returning it would not be necessary to guess how much to fill up, and just fill up full. We also did not talk about the peculiarities of hull insurance in Georgia - then we found out ourselves. So in general everything was satisfactory, but in some points it could be better). They asked for money for washing, but after showing before/after photos they didn't ask for it, because the car was in any case not dirtier, and maybe even a little cleaner than when we received it.

Great car. Compared to the previous one, which I took on this site - heaven and earth (there was a shabby Prius, and here is a fresh fusion). The car is really not leaving and everything is fine with it. All in all, I highly recommend this car.

The car was brought in on time. But.. the light in the cabin did not work(I was told that the fuse probably burned out, it costs 5 GEL to make, so I drove in and did it myself). It turned out that in the car from the media there is only a radio and disks(we just did not expect this from the Audi 2010), it turns out that you need some special cord to have there. Well, OK. The air conditioner worked with a tension of 5 out of 10, we were lucky that the weather was not hot, and when working, it somehow made a strange noise(as if something is touching somewhere). In general, it is not pleasant, but it does not matter. We asked to change the car on the same day, but we were told that there are no cars of this class anymore. Then the steering began to make noise - I had to top up the oil.. And the final thing was that 3 days before the end of the lease, the Car just got up. Something broke in the undercarriage and that's it. To the credit of the tenant, it will be said that he arrived the next morning, gave us the other car and returned the difference in price, and paid the fine that we received on the first day. But the car must be looked after... we, of course, expected that the Car would not be new, but this was not expected.
