In Montenegro I was in touch with mr.Dragan. So, first of all in aero port of Tivat I was given old opel corsa (with broken gearbox, car body was scratched everywhere and it was motor alarm on the main panel) instead of Mercedes. After not so pleasant discussion with mr.Dragan he promised to give me Mercedes Benz 180 Cdi. Two days later it was done (to pick up the car I had to go from Bubva to Petrovacna). The car had as well many alarms (motor, sensors, lamps) and and problems with the suspension (knocking in the area of the front wheels). In Switzerland, for example, to drive such car is strictly forbidden and may be punished with huge fines. It means, when I had book the car through your site it was not mentioned that you propose cars in disrepair. It was our first visit to Montenegro and we were really disappointed with such experience. I hope, that your other clients will never meet such service again. With the Best Regards

The car did not disappoint, but they gave it to us at the wrong time, agreed at 10.00, and the car arrived at 12.30. We ordered 2 child seats, they forgot to bring them and promised to bring them within 2 hours, but did not bring them. My questions were answered that the drivers were all drunk and would bring me tomorrow morning. The next day, the chairs were brought at 11.15, the chairs are dirty, it feels like they were lying somewhere under the fence and they were brought to us without even wiping them. And since we planned to go far and at 11.15 it was already too late to go, all our plans were ruined. To my question about compensation or a discount, they answered that we had already gone to a meeting and entered the 2nd driver into the contract for free. Whether this could compensate for the plans that were broken for 2 days - no, of course.

Faktisk opstod der to stressende situationer under biludlejningen. 1) Da vi stadig var i lufthavnen i Polen, skrev udlejningsfirmaet til os på WhatsApp, at de på grund af trafikpropper ikke ville være i stand til at ankomme til Podgorica lufthavn, men efter ca. 15 minutter svarede de, at det var en fejl, og at bilen ville være der. 2) Ved ankomsten til Podgorica kom en medarbejder og hentede os og eskorterede os til en fem-personers Opel Insignia sedan (vi var seks personer, hver med en kuffert og en rygsæk). Vi mistede næsten 30 minutter, fordi medarbejderen forsøgte at overbevise os om, at vi kunne køre i bilen med seks personer, og at hvis vi gjorde det, ville hans chef give os en bøde, selv om vi gerne ville, fordi vi ikke kunne være der med vores bagage. Da jeg til sidst tilbød at annullere kontrakten og kræve depositummet på ca. 30 euro tilbage, kom han med en idé og gav os en anden bil, så vi endte med en Opel Insignia og en Citroen C3. Næste dag brugte vi flere timer på at vente på, at begge biler blev byttet ud med den aftalte VW Touran. Bilen var generelt i god stand, bortset fra en advarsel om at slukke motoren på grund af lavt olietryk, som kom ca. hvert 15. minut. Men i betragtning af prisen og det faktum, at ejeren efter adskillige anmodninger endelig tilbød en alternativ løsning i form af en anden bil til at komme til hotellet, var det alt i alt fint.
