it was a really nice experience, the pickup of the car (and all the rules related to the rental itself) were quite simple, the car was in good condition, nothing broke down and everything went smooth. If i were to reccomend it to someone else, I think I would with no hesitation 😁😁

The car was replaced with prior approval. Punctuality is at a high level. They don't care about the cleanliness of the interior and body at all, they gave me a dirty one.

Everything went well. Was satisfied. They delayed the delivery of the car for half a day, but for this day they did not take payment in the end.

At the time of filing, this car was not available. In return, they provided a car of a higher class without increasing the cost. Handover/acceptance went quickly, without unnecessary red tape.
