At first they offered me a Citroen c4, but because I had 4 suitcases and 3 people, I refused. As a result, they provided Opel (pictured). The car is excellent, still in the film (the mileage was about 300 km), in an excellent configuration. They didn't charge me for a replacement. Rated 10 out of 5 😊

Of the good: - expectations of the car matched the offer; - prompt response to messages on watsapp upon arrival at the airport; - quick transfer from the airport to the pickup site; - attentive and polite staff; - possibility to leave a deposit in cash. From the unpleasant: - Long wait (over half an hour) for the trasfer from the car return site to the airport (didn't expect to spend that much time on it). From personal inflated expectations: - The employees of the pickup point incorrectly oriented in the fuel consumption, as a result there were 10 liters in the tank (it would be great if the extra fuel would be compensated by a reduction in the toll road payment).
