My car was realy bad :(, the AC was not working and one tire was flat after 15 min driving. I changed the tire and i drove the car like 3 days with the sparw tire. I recieved a new car, wich was okay. But at first Tryane (the person where i rent the car) was realy rude and angry :(. So i went to the place where they tried to fix the tire.
