Everything went perfectly. Price as stated, payment by card. We did not have a reserved car, but we were given an analog. Several times clarified on arrival, the manager was on the phone. Met after the flight at the airport, and handed over also before the flight. Everything is clear and absolutely no problems or unclear situations either during the rental process or afterwards. Very grateful and completely satisfied. Highly recommended, 10/10!

We rented a Mazda Primacy vehicle in August 2022. The vehicle was delivered and picked up at the airport as scheduled. It was clean and corresponded in every way with the reservation. We were very satisfied and will rent again with this rental company.

Everything thing went fine, easy pick up and no issues with the car. The only problem was the Y1 car park at the airport was not accessible when we had to drop off the car. If we had been in a rush then it could have been a problem. I know this is nothing to do with the car rental, however maybe a plan should be communicated in case this happens in the future. In general, everything was fine. There was one unpleasant moment. Got into an accident on the very first day of the lease (the front passenger door, the back door and a little bit of the rear fender were damaged). Under the contract, I had to pay 600 euros. And there is a feeling that I overpaid. As it is hard to believe that for one small dent and scratch, the repair would cost 600 euros. Sometimes the car went deaf, but rarely.
