The first day the car stopped driving while we were in are traffic jam. It was an electrical Problem and had to restartet remote. Same thing happened 2 days later, on a very busy road so we caused a traffic jam. That was really a lot of trouble and stress. After that the car was replaced. We put in 80 Euro in petrol and drove only 200km with it. We got 20 euro back. We think that was quite unfair.

It was not the best experience because side mirror was broken so it was not safe to drive, however trip was fine, car was working, but it should be taken care more.

실제로 렌터카 이용 중 두 가지 스트레스 상황이 발생했습니다. 1) 폴란드 공항에 도착했을 때 렌터카 회사에서 교통 체증으로 인해 포드고리차 공항에 도착하지 못할 거라고 왓츠앱으로 연락이 왔는데, 15분 정도 후에 실수였다며 차가 도착할 거라고 답장이 왔어요. 2) 포드고리차에 도착하자마자 직원이 마중을 나와 5인승 오펠 인시그니아 세단으로 안내했습니다(저희는 6명이었고 각각 가방과 배낭을 가지고 있었습니다). 직원이 6명이 함께 차에 타도 되고, 그렇게 하면 짐이 맞지 않아 상사가 벌금을 부과할 것이라고 설득하는 바람에 거의 30분을 허비했습니다. 결국 계약을 취소하고 약 30유로의 보증금 환불을 요구하자 그는 다른 차를 주겠다고 제안했고, 결국 우리는 오펠 인시그니아와 시트로엥 C3를 얻게 되었습니다. 다음 날 저희는 두 차가 합의된 폭스바겐 투란으로 교환되기를 몇 시간 동안 기다렸습니다. 약 15분마다 오일 부족으로 시동을 끄라는 경고등이 켜지는 것을 제외하고는 차량 상태는 전반적으로 양호했습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 가격과 수많은 요청 끝에 주인이 마침내 두 번째 차량으로 호텔에 도착할 수 있는 대체 솔루션을 제공했다는 사실을 고려하면 괜찮았습니다.
