It got us everywhere and never gave us problems with the oil or the engine itself, so compared to other vehicles, I think it was in decent condition. The only difficulty we had was with the air conditioning.

High marks for the service. It was not possible to drive a BMW until the end of the vacation. The car is frankly shabby. And the roof broke. Didn't close at some point. We replaced our car with a Renault (not a convertible) of a lower class. Reimbursed the difference in the lease. But still, I wanted to spend my vacation on the convertible to the end and lost a little time while changing the car. In general, the owner of the cars himself is very adequate🙏

In general it was ok, Some points: I asked to deliver to different place, and they could manage to do that. However the manager tried to insist to pay additional day, but finally he could deliver car 2 hours later than agreed , and I declined to pay. There was no child seats in the car, so I declined to pay that part as well. And my children were less secure during travel. There was nobody to receive the car at the airport, they just sent instructions to leave the key on the wheel. And I had no complaints from them about the state of the car. Would I use the service again - Probably, Not. The car itself was ok. The same class as was requested- Citroen picasso

I am very satisfied with the rental. There was an employee waiting for us at the airport at the agreed time with documents and the car. After a short inspection and signing the documents, we could start driving. The car worked well for a whole week, the air conditioning works and it drove up every mountain, and there is no shortage of those in Montenegro. What more could you want? There was also no problem with returning the car at the agreed place in Kotor. Once again, the employee came at the agreed time, took the keys and we said goodbye, continuing our journey to Albania. I recommend localcarhires.com. Everything went smoothly and if I ever have the opportunity to visit Montenegro again, I will ask them about renting a car in the first place.

We rented a Renault Clio 4, the trip was spontaneous, but even this did not prevent the company to pick up the car for us just a day before the trip and bring it exactly to the chosen time. The car was in excellent condition, thanks to which the trip went without any problems. We refueled the car and did not run our diesel, for which we were refunded for the remaining fuel, which was extremely pleasant. The employee who brought the car to us was very kind, smiling and pleasant to talk to. The trip went great and we are very satisfied! Thank you!!!
