In the car itself, the air conditioner did not work (there was no climate control), or rather it worked, but only in the maximum power position - it was noisy to the maximum and blew with the coldest air, and simply did not work at a lower power. It was a noticeable discomfort. The rest is fine, it is quite possible that I will still use your service in the future.

The car was great, the experience was perfect. They were only facilities when picking up and returning the car. Despite the delay of our flight and our changes in plans. When I first tried to book a car, the owner of the car immediately canceled it. However, I did not receive a notification about this. I only found out about this when I came back to the site and accidentally clicked on my bookings. I think notification of this would be good. The second attempt worked perfectly. The owner of the car was very nice, on time and the car was great. I can't say anything negative about this process or about the person.

Really quick response. Ordered car in the evenings to get car in next day in the morning and they responded within hour. We got better car then We ordered for same money. Car was scratched and not in best visual shape but I don’t care because technically everything was ok. Really easy to communicate and comparing with big car rental companies they don’t try to get extra money, don’t charge any penalties etc for anything that you haven’t done. I will use this car rental again if I will return to Montenegro.

It wasn't the most smooth experience. It turned up about an hour late and we were on a really tight schedule, meaning we had to change/cancel some of our plans. We were told traffic was bad which can't be helped but a bit of forward planning could have avoided this.
