(그리고 차량 담당자가 너무 늦게 와서 차가 조금 더러워서 차를 주기 전에 먼저 세차를 해야 하지 않겠냐고 물어봤어요. 하지만 이미 너무 오래 기다렸기 때문에 괜찮다고 했어요. 그리고 떠났어요 ;p) 서류 작성하러 오신 분이 영어를 못하셔서 구글 번역기와 신호기를 사용했어요. 하지만 그 사람은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었어요. 제가 알아야 할 모든 것을 알려주고 함께 주차장을 떠났어요. 그가 먼저 차에 탄 다음 제가 탔어요. 주차를 마치고 나왔을 때 16유로를 내야 했는데 그건 옳지 않았어요. 차가 오랫동안 주차되어 있었기 때문에 돈을 내야 했을까요? 하지만 그건 예상치 못한 비용이었어요. 최소한 고객에게 약간의 추가 비용이 발생했다고 말해주어야 합니다. 반납은 주차장에 차를 맡기고 타이어에 열쇠를 두고 왔기 때문에 쉬웠습니다. 숨겨진 비용이나 요금도 없었기 때문에 정말 좋았어요. 전반적으로 매우 만족합니다. 특히 더 좋은 차를 가지고 갈 수 있어서 더 좋았어요. 😄

렌탈에 대한 질문은 전혀 없었고 모든 것이 최고 수준이었어요. 지연도 없었습니다. 반납도 문제없었어요. 감사합니다

전반적인 인상은 매우 좋았습니다. 우리의 요청도 매우 짧은 시간에 처리되었고 여전히 작동했습니다. 불행히도 저희는 탱크가 반밖에 없는 차를 타고 왔습니다. 하차하기 전에 주유를 할 때 연료 게이지가 움직이지 않아서 이전에 탱크에 넣었던 것보다 훨씬 더 많은 연료를 넣었습니다. 연료에 대한 추가 비용을 환불받았다면 좋았을 텐데 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다.

제가 빌린 사람은 매우 침착했고, 차는 매우 운전하기 좋았으며 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다 :)
