차를 픽업하고 반납할 때는 모든 것이 순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 유일한 단점은 처음에 연료 탱크가 비어 있었다는 점입니다. 연료를 가득 채우고 반납하는 것이 더 편리했을 것입니다. 감사합니다!

i rented car by localcarhires.com and it was perfect! The price was really competitive, the quality of the car was very high and the most important the support of the manager was awesome! Mrs Anna helped me with all the booking and payment (as the rental included crossboarding) -all experience was perfect:) And of course now I’m one of the fans of localcarhites and i’m recommending it to all my friends:)

Absolutely no problems regarding the rental. I would highly recommend it to anybody. I caught a flat tire when travelling through Montenegro and the owner sent help immediatelly.

The first setback is that you had to pay in cash, which no one told us. We were left without any money. They didn't give us the car we had asked for, they gave us another one because it was in the car shop. The next day they bothered us because they changed us for the rented car. Comprehensive insurance is useless because it has to be with police parts. You can save it. The car broke down again. The air conditioning did not work. They took it away and brought us another one of lesser category. After two days they returned the Megane to us. When we left it at the airport they looked at the car with a magnifying glass and said it had a dent under the chassis. We had not done it and they also took the car away twice. It could have been them but they asked us for photos when they returned the car to us at night. They took away part of the deposit that we left, which no company with all risks asks for. The worker threatened to call the police. His name is Igor and he was arrogant and the only thing he wanted was controversy, with a smile. In the end our flight left and he kept the part of the deposit. Horrible experience, inhuman treatment with customers and feeling of deception. I hope you change things otherwise you will lose many customers. I wouldn't recommend you at all.

Car was great, clean and prepaired well for rent, personel was kind and helpfull, there was no pro lem with anything, peacefull mind all holiday ;)

In Montenegro, everything went fine. Upon arrival, the manager met at the airport in Podgorica. The car is almost new, everything is in order. Returned the car in Tivat. Everything is still very fast and correct. I am very satisfied.
