The first setback is that you had to pay in cash, which no one told us. We were left without any money. It could have been them but they asked us for photos when they returned the car to us at night. They took away part of the deposit that we left, which no company with all risks asks for. The worker threatened to call the police. His name is Igor and he was arrogant and the only thing he wanted was controversy, with a smile. In the end our flight left and he kept the part of the deposit. Horrible experience, inhuman treatment with customers and feeling of deception. I hope you change things otherwise you will lose many customers. I wouldn't recommend you at all.
