렌터카에는 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 유일한 피드백은 고객이 주차장까지 걸어갈 필요가 없도록 공항 픽업 장소에서 차량을 인도받을 수 있으면 좋겠다는 것입니다. 인도장에서는 고객이 차량 상태를 확인하고 서명만 하면 됩니다(매우 빠른 절차가 될 것입니다). 나머지 신용 카드 보증 등은 배송 전에 온라인으로 완료할 수 있습니다. Tks

Rental went great, easy to use website, very nice car. The drop off was excellent as well. When we picked up the car at the airport we had to wait quite a long time (40 minutes) for it to go through the traffic, maybe we should change the logistics or the place of delivery.

We have more than 20 million tourists visiting us a year and airport sometime gets overcrowded. Traffic in Bangkok is sometime pretty bad. We understand exactly what you mean. Anyway hope to see you again in Thailand for the beach and sunshine.
