렌터카를 이용할 수 없어 추가 요금을 지불하고 다른 차량으로 교체했습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다.

등록과 대여 과정에서는 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다. 반납 과정에서 회사 측과 약간의 불편함이 있었습니다. 차량 인도 시간을 조금 연기해달라고 요청했지만 회사 측에서 거절했습니다.

전반적으로 모든 것이 편안했고 사람들은 친절하고 친절했습니다. 안탈리아에서 차를 가져다가 이즈미르에서 인도했는데, 제가 알기로는 직원들이 이 시점을 놓쳐서 제 시간에 이즈미르에 도착하지 못했고 공항 주차장에 차를 두고 나왔습니다.

Switched from a Citroen to a fiat white, overall ok. The driver was 30 min late, I was with a child outside it was raining and cold, and after could not find me at the airport, and at the end I got back the old dollars and not my new ones !!!! Old dollars are not accepted everywhere.

the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.
