Izjemno pozitivna čustva: - Na letališču je bilo hitro vprašanje, možnost vrnitve na drugem mestu (vrnili smo ga na parkirišču hotela, v katerem smo bivali pred odhodom v Burgasu) - zelo hitra potrditev (rezervirano ob 8. uri zjutraj na dan prihoda) - avto v celoti ustreza fotografiji (ni analogen) - ugodni pogoji najema (zavarovanje smo sklenili na kraju samem) - varščina 200 evrov je bila vrnjena takoj po predaji avtomobila. - avto je hibrid, kar je velik plus, saj je poraba bencina zelo varčna. - stanje novega avtomobila (zelo dobra oprema, veliko varnostnih sistemov)
