أنا سعيد جداً بالشركة التي استأجرتها، فقد حافظت الخدمة على انخفاض التكاليف مما يعني أنني لم أضطر إلى تغطية تكاليف السفر إلى الخارج، كما أنني حصلت على مقعد طفل بدون أي تكلفة إضافية. كانت السيارة مجهزة بنسبة 100%. كانت الخدمة جيدة جداً وسار كل شيء بسلاسة كبيرة. أنا راضٍ جداً وسأستخدم بالتأكيد شركة التأجير هذه عندما أعود إلى ألبانيا.

The car I rented is not the car I received. When you met your coworker to pick up the car, it was the wrong car. I waited with her for 1 hour until another car arrived to replace her. This new car wasn't that car either, but I didn't want to wait any longer for another car to arrive since I had already wasted time waiting. They gave me a VW Sharan car. The rear tires were very bald and the air intake filter kept falling off while driving. Your colleague with whom I dealt was informed of the problems. Luckily, the car didn't break down and my wife and I were able to continue our vacation.

Very bad First they gave me the wrong car. The engine light was on the whole time, they said it was the right one. I asked for a discount as the car was much lower class. Then they didn't want to bring it to the airport, even though it was paid for. In the end they refused to take it to the airport either. And they wouldn't return the discount we agreed on for the replacement car. Only threats of police forced to return the discount. The car was dirty and dusty inside.
