The clients had leakage and they were located 220km away from our office,we responded imidietly and sent there a new van in less than 3 hours(when it takes way longer than that to get there).We switched vans with them so they wouldnt wait for the van to be fixed and miss the day,,and our mechanic dealt with the van with problem for quite a few hours and was able to bring it back in Tirana late at night.We have a full tank to full tank policy,they declined to pay for the diesel they had used for the last days,they sent us the fee for the taxi and the bill at the restaurant they ate lunch and demanded us to pay for them.We agreed to pay for their taxi,but they were still unhappy.Well apperantly you cant please everyone,no mater how much you try but we will continue to do what we do best,the best client service in Albania 24h/7.
