Everything was easy. After my reservation I have got confirmation email and we started next communication at WhatsApp. They contacted me half day before rent. I've sent by WhatsApp all needed data about myself to be agreement prepared in advance. After arriving was everything quick. Handover the car same as its returning was very fast and easy. I was very satisfied.

The car was not looking so great when it was delivered. Service was very good. It was a shame they had to come so far away. There was no incidents with myself. I just think the car itself was a bit rubbish but the service was excellent I do have some photos of when it was delivered. It was not a problem. Just the usual scuffs and scrapes. There are more pictures. The guy was very nice and he collected it without any problems and there was no additional damage from myself. There are other marks on the vehicle too. I think that the car needs to be newer

In general, we are satisfied. The only drawback was that they immediately gave us a child car seat that could not be used, not safe. It was not fixed, the paralon was torn, it was falling off. We were replaced, but the new was not fixed at all.

We rented a car (Nissan Note, 2016 onwards) from this company in Cyprus. Recommend!!! From the pros: 1. Fast booking. 2. No deposit! 3. Clean and fresh car. 4. Fast receipt and return at the agreed place. 5. Prompt communication with the manager to resolve the issues that have arisen. Of the minuses: THERE ARE NO! If we are in Cyprus again, I will definitely use their services again. 5 points!

Got into an accident on the very first day of the lease (the front passenger door, the back door and a little bit of the rear fender were damaged). Under the contract, I had to pay 600 euros. And there is a feeling that I overpaid. As it is hard to believe that for one small dent and scratch, the repair would cost 600 euros. Sometimes the car went deaf, but rarely.
