Regarding the car: the check caught fire, but no breakdowns came out. We reached the place safely and returned the car. It was bad in a sense that the guy who brought me the car during the pick-up time deceived me and convinced me to buy their comany full insurance, despise I bought full protection from your website and I told him so but he mentioned that I won't be covered😔😔 Moreover, the authorization amount took 45 days till credited back to my credit card 😔😔

While on vacation in Mariánské Lázně, we hired a car from this company. Booked the car in advance. The car was delivered by the time we specified to the hotel in which we stayed. The return procedure was also simple. The car was very decent. Clean, responsive, stable on the road. But the passenger airbag was turned off, this moment was a little annoying. On the third day, I had to add coolant to the radiator, the indicator light came on. The navigator pleased! In the whole car were satisfied! But when handing over the car at the Karlovy Vary airport, I had to wait for the agent almost at the close of the registration for the flight. A man was driving from Prague, got into a traffic jam.
