It is also worth noting that the car was not perfectly clean when we received it. And the price for the sink itself seemed to me quite overpriced. Summarizing, I can say that the impressions of the rental are rather positive, with the exception of those points that I indicated above: there were no problems with the owner, with the car, too, no one tried to “throw or breed” for money.

The car was in a good condition, maybe a bit dirty inside but it was a rental car so its okay, we managed to drive on any road easily. The car's battery drained once, for no reason (we didn't leave the lights on), so we had to use a battery jumper which was not inside a car, so we had to buy one. During the problem i contacted Tamuna but the communication between us wasn't very smooth. I texted him in English he responded in partly English and Georigian for most of the time. So If you dont speak Georgian or Russian i think you should go for another Vendor because the communication could have been easier. Apart from this battery problem, the car was very robust and did a good job on offroad.

The person responsible for collecting a car (Zaili)....He is unprofessional. We supposed to meet 100 minutes before my departure time(on Airport) to collect a car (we made appoinment 1 day before by WhatsApp). I called him at that time. He said he will be in 4 minutes! Finally he arrived 40 minutes before my schedule departure time. It was a bit stressful for me since there was a huge que to safety check. When he arrived , he charged us 5Euro for washing a car. 30 minutes earlier the car was washed by me, and i paid only 1Euro. Car was cleaned in my opinion. I did not have a time to "fight" about 5 Euro. My complain is nothing about a money, it is about to be fair: be on time - it is recommended when we have schedule flights.

The rental process was fine at the beginning although we were a bit worried about the car being driven 350000km and some maintenance lights were on. After six days the car broke. Water cooler tank hose got disconnected from the engine and we got zero help from Irakli or agency. Luckily a local guy made the car move again, but after a while this happened again. This is where the show began and Irakli started his act to rip off our money. It should be stated that we were told (and had written contracts) that the car was fully insured. He lied at every point possible starting with the agency. He told them that we drove somewhere forbidden thus broke the car. They bought this with no hesitation without caring about our navigation data. He lied about car evacuator that we had lost his car. We paid for evacuation and he got his car, but he made us believe the car was lost. We arranged a meet around midnight 7 hours before our flight back. He took us to deadend alley with his friend and started threatening us to pay for his car engine. Should be said here that he promised to take care of everything if we pay for the evacuator. In common sense this evacuator should have been paid by Irakli because the problem was clearly because of poor maintenance. We were forced to promise to go to atm and pay him 500usd. At the atm he locked our luggage into trunk. We called police. After police came we got the confirmation Irakli got his car but had lied us about it. We have no idea about the conversation that happened between him and the police, but we ended up paying this 500 just to get to our flight. This car dealer is a fraud and should never be trusted in any kind of business.

Georgia is a beautiful country, but we would not know how beautiful it is if we had not decided to rent a car and traveled around all the beauties. Finding a car was easy enough. The quick work of the guys, on the same day we were delivered our baby car, beautiful, convenient, fast, comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the road more than just being in the city.
