We were given the first Chevrolet car and it was clean initially, but then when the car broke down and we were given another car, it was already dirty initially, because of the waiting time we could not finish our plans in time and did not wash the car. The owner of the car took a fine for this This I am not talking about the gas money we spent because of the change of car, the cost of cab while the car was not working and the condition of the cars (all in mint condition). So my impressions were only negative

the positiv thing was that the car was on right time @ the airport to pick up the negativ thing was that I rented a chevrolet cruze & I became a very old ford fusion with a technical problem. this was not so oke for me. the clutch was worn out and I could only accelerate very slowly 😪

Rental process was rather easy. Naili from the car provider responds quickly through WhatsApp. The car condition was acceptable, meaning a lot of small damage to the car body. The worst were quite weak brakes and sometimes on the hill even when the brake was pushed to full, the car still moved. We faced one hidden cost due to our flight delay. We were charged 50 Lari for that. We were also surprised by the fact that we have to pay for broken tire (we had a flat tire during our travel) - I was sure that full damage waiver - all damage to the car means no additional cost. Unfortunately it turns out that this doesn't apply to tires, windows etc. It should be written bold during booking process.
