كان رائعاً! تم كل شيء بكل سهولة ولم يكن لدينا أي عيب في ذلك حقاً. وانتهى بنا الأمر بسيارة نيسان، ومن الواضح أنني لا أشتكي من ذلك ولكنني أحببت كل شيء

تم عقد الإيجار بسلاسة.

كل شيء كان جيداً. كانت الخدمة جيدة. كانت السيارة جيدة شكراً جزيلاً لك. 🙏🏼

استأجرنا سيارة لمدة 5 أيام. كان كل شيء مثاليًا وسريعًا في الاستلام والعودة. كانت السيارة في حالة جيدة. كان ميرزا في القمة مع خدمة رائعة، وسمحوا لنا بالعودة المتأخرة دون رسوم إضافية لأن رحلتنا قد تأخرت. سنعود بالتأكيد!

كنت راضياً عن السيارة، وقدمت بديلاً عن سيارة بيجو 108.

استأجرت سيارة لمدة 11 يوماً في مالطا وسار كل شيء على ما يرام. كانت عملية الإيجار سهلة وفعالة وموثوقة. أوصي!!!

فيما يتعلق بالسيارة التي طلبتها من خلال موقعكم - كانت سيتروين ولكنني حصلت على سيارة رينو كليو، بالطبع لا مشكلة، حتى أنني أعتقد أن كليو أكبر من سي 1 وهي ميزة إضافية بالنسبة لي. السيارة نفسها كانت نظيفة، ولم تكن هناك أي مشاكل معها، والرجل الذي جاء لتوصيلها لي وصل على الفور تقريباً، وكان أيضاً مقبولاً وأجاب على جميع أسئلتي. سأطلبها مرة أخرى.

I would recommend, everything went completely smoothly. The car (Fiat Punto of ~2019) was delivered to the airport by an employee with whom the formalities were quickly arranged. On the plus side, the deposit was low, as it was only 350 euros and was returned 24 hours after the car was handed over. everything was perfect, we even got a bigger car (hyundai i20) for the same price. Picked up at the airport and dropped it off at there too. It was simple and fast!

The rental overall was smooth, the staff was very friendly. However I am still waiting for my deposit which was said to be transferred back 15 days after my rental. I contacted the company and they were very friendly and currently working on the transaction. Other than that Malta was great and it was an amazing pleasure exploring the island by car. It was normal. Just couple things, the car was dirty, we receive car with empty tank. And i still didn't receive my deposit.

Thanks for your feedback! :) Regarding the cleaning of the car all cars they be washed and clean every before and after of each rental but if something was not right we be happy if the client let us know so we will fixed the issue. Regarding the fuel that the tank was mostly empty,Our fuel policy it's same to same but we always give a quarter of fuel to every client for free to start with and we always explain that this fuel it's free to use them they just need to do some fuel for them to use and they return how they like even empty they can return and we never charge for the fuel that we give. Regarding the deposit from our side it will be hold for ten working days then it will be unblock automatically from the bank system after ten working days but sometimes it takes longer because it depends on the bank and card that the client use.
