في الواقع، كان هناك موقفان مرهقان حدثا أثناء استئجار السيارة. 1) عندما كنا لا نزال في المطار في بولندا، كتبت لنا شركة التأجير على واتساب أنه بسبب الاختناقات المرورية لن يتمكنوا من الوصول إلى مطار بودغوريتسا، ولكن بعد حوالي 15 دقيقة أجابوا بأن ذلك كان خطأ وأن السيارة ستكون هناك. 2) عند وصولنا إلى بودغوريتسا، جاء أحد الموظفين لاصطحابنا واصطحبنا إلى سيارة أوبل إنسيغنيا سيدان بخمسة مقاعد (كنا ستة أشخاص، كل واحد منا يحمل حقيبة وحقيبة ظهر). أضعنا ما يقرب من 30 دقيقة لأن الموظف حاول إقناعنا بأنه يمكننا الركوب في السيارة ونحن ستة أشخاص، وإذا فعلنا ذلك، فإن رئيسه سيغرمنا حتى لو أردنا ذلك، لأننا لن نتسع لها مع أمتعتنا. وأخيراً، عندما عرضت عليه إلغاء العقد والمطالبة باسترداد العربون البالغ حوالي 30 يورو، عرض علينا فكرة وأعطانا سيارة ثانية، فانتهى بنا الأمر بسيارة أوبل إنسيغنيا وسيارة سيتروين C3. وفي اليوم التالي قضينا عدة ساعات في انتظار استبدال السيارتين بسيارة فولكس فاجن توران المتفق عليها. كانت السيارة في حالة جيدة بشكل عام، باستثناء التحذير بإيقاف تشغيل المحرك بسبب انخفاض ضغط الزيت الذي كان يصدر كل 15 دقيقة تقريباً. ولكن بشكل عام، بالنظر إلى السعر وحقيقة أن المالك عرض أخيراً حلاً بديلاً في شكل سيارة ثانية للوصول إلى الفندق بعد طلبات عديدة، كان الأمر جيداً.

Already at this stage, Maxim did everything so that we did not worry about anything. We did everything as it was said to us - and we DON'T WORRY. Rest began, immediately, as soon as we flew out of Helsinki. So, starting from the meeting at the airport, everything was going on like oil. The first driver, named Igor, did everything so that we, from the airport, comfortably and quietly got to the place (Bar). Upon arrival at the place of the contract and made a few photos of cars, or rather its external condition. And everything, as if they forgot about us ... ... No one was looking for us and did not bother with questions. And we LOVED it. Used cars quietly. Only on the eve of departure contacted the manager Goran and all issues relating to the delivery of cars and, when you need to be at the airport, were decided quickly. And another driver, unfortunately forgot his name, drove us to the airport very quickly. Indeed, there was no need to worry. We were helped in everything so that only we could rest well. Montenegro is a beautiful and beautiful country. We traveled to this country for several years in a row, but this time, by plane and now we are firmly established that we will go here again. And we will also order cars in this company. Thanks. See you friends.

Yeah, everything went about fine. The first day they gave me the wrong car I was expecting, a Citroen Picasso. It was too big for the city. It was very uncomfortable to park. But the next day I got a Peugeot 107. A very nimble little car. But there was one thing. I had a full tank of gas. And the car started leaking gasoline. I immediately informed the owner of the car. It's not safe to have a car with such a defect. But in general I was satisfied. I want to thank you for the rental.

We rented a car on this site in August 2023, which we have never regretted! The car was delivered with a slight deviation in time due to traffic jams about what the driver reported in real time coming out all the time on the phone! We ordered a Citroen for 7 people, after payment reported that the car in the service and offered for the same money Mercedes Vito, which is very pleased!In the car was a booster and a child seat, as we were traveling with two children 3 and 8 years old, which we reported in the questionnaire! Acceptance and transfer of the car was as fast as possible and without problems! The whole family was very satisfied after such a vacation, because to be in Croatia and see all of its true beauty without a car is not real!We took the car for 4 days, on the penultimate day there was a small malfunction that we immediately reported to the lessor! Despite the fact that it was a day off and already evening, we immediately got in touch and offered technical inspection the next day, asking whether we can deliver the car or they will come in the morning and do the inspection, we refused the inspection and the next day in Podgorica handed over the car without any problems!We rented the car in Sutomore and handed it over in Podgorica, because from there we had a bus home! I would like to thank the lessor and his team in the rapid provision of services and in the maximum simplification of this process! Next time we visit Croatia, we will definitely turn to you! Thank you very much for a great vacation and a lot of positive emotions!!!!!.
