استأجرنا سيارة سكودا فابيا هاتشباك 2012 بمحرك 1.2 أوتوماتيكي لمدة أسبوع. واستقبلنا في المطار مندوب يحمل لافتة، وكانت السيارة في موقف سيارات المطار. كنا 4 أشخاص بالإضافة إلى حقيبتين (1 كبيرة و1 متوسطة) + حقيبتين صغيرتين. كلها مناسبة بأمان (يجب وضع الحقائب في صندوق السيارة على الجانب). عشنا في دوبروتا. ذهبنا إلى هرسك-نوفي، وكهف ليبا، وإلى الشاطئ الكبير في أولسيني، وقمنا بقيادة نهر كرنوييفيكا بأكمله. على الأفعوانيات والصعود أربعة أشخاص يسحبون بشكل جيد. استأجرنا السيارة في بلدة أخرى، في بيسيتشي. تركناها في موقف سيارات الفندق، والمفاتيح في مكتب الاستقبال. سار كل شيء على أكمل وجه، لا شكاوى. في اليوم الأخير اتصل بنا الممثل عبر الواتساب لتوضيح مكان ترك السيارة والمفاتيح. بالتأكيد أوصيك بها.

Everything went just great! I was very worried, and as it turned out - in vain. The car was delivered right under the apparatus, booked - and the next day I had the car. I got a little confused with the mirrors and the layout of the convertible - but the guys answered within a minute. Very nice and nice guys! Definitely 5 stars, I will only go to them.

Meeting at airport and acceptance was ok. the car is not new, some scratches exist, Casco is meaningless since without police report it doesnt work.

My overall feedback is neutral, even I would say positive. The communication was perfect, car delivery and pick up, and everything was very unproblematic and worked very well. The car itself was as promised, was clean. It had though some technical issues. The hand break function was kind of instable. It had a not very intuitive handle and finally ended up with a warning sign on the board that it has some problem. Although it worked but one had to be careful to make sure. I think this needs a bit of service anyway. The second issue was with the central lock. It sometimes locked only rear doors, sometimes only the drivers doors, really very random. Needed accurate check after each locking to make sure that all doors are locked. But somehow we coped with it 😀 We did not contact the technical support because it would mean delay etc. , somehow it was not that critical stuff. So that's it.

سأكون مختصراً جداً، لكن واضح جداً: البحث عن الخدمة والتطبيق - بسيط ومريح - هذه ميزة إضافية! ليست عملية طويلة من التسجيل والدفع نفسها، ثم يأتي شيك مع معلومات كاملة عن السيارة وجهات الاتصال. مهم - السعر أكثر من مخلص - إضافة سمينة)))) السيارة مؤمنة بالكامل، هناك سيارات مختلفة، أخذت سيارة مكشوفة، أعجبتني! أيضًا - لا يوجد عربون وأقساط تأمين - جيد جدًا! طلبت تمديد عقد الإيجار عن بُعد - أيضًا لا توجد مشكلة، مما ساعدني كثيرًا. لقد جاءوا واستلموا السيارة في المكان الذي اتفقنا عليه - مريح للغاية! إجمالاً - أوصي وننصح بأقصى درجة.

Everything went ok with the lease, the car was not a Toyota and was somewhat older than the one originally declared, but in general everything was ok.
