Hi, I've rent Renault Scenic in june '23. Everything was perfect! Car i good condition, not too big, not too young for narrow and winding MNE roads. Pick up and return car was very easy and fast. AC working perfect. According to negative reviews of this car and advices employee of car rental, who told us, we'll wait for deposit paid by credit card about 30 days for return, we paid deposit in cash. Return deposit was while return car, and everything was OK. I highly recommend this car rental! Best regards!

Comprehensive insurance is useless because it has to be with police parts. You can save it. The car broke down again. The air conditioning did not work. They took it away and brought us another one of lesser category. After two days they returned the Megane to us. When we left it at the airport they looked at the car with a magnifying glass and said it had a dent under the chassis. We had not done it and they also took the car away twice. It could have been them but they asked us for photos when they returned the car to us at night. They took away part of the deposit that we left, which no company with all risks asks for. The worker threatened to call the police. His name is Igor and he was arrogant and the only thing he wanted was controversy, with a smile. In the end our flight left and he kept the part of the deposit. Horrible experience, inhuman treatment with customers and feeling of deception. I hope you change things otherwise you will lose many customers. I wouldn't recommend you at all.
