The car was fine. Drivers seat very worn and the brakes were not as good as they should be. I think the rear right tyre had a slow puncture as it kept losing pressure, but overall very happy with the vehicle. I like that there is so little paperwork!!

Hi, With car rental was everything ok. Just two thinks I order mercedes E200 with petrol but I have Diesel E350 what was cheaper. And ciggaret lighter socket not working what was create a problems with charging a mobile phone. Any way we spend nice time and in next week I visit again MonteNegro and Kotor and I will booking again a cabrio car.

I'm not sure if it was a Renault clio, as a different car has been given to us (because of changes). At the airport we had a little stress as the woman giving us the car was not there, and we didnt had internet right from the beginning. But about 10 mi later she came and she was very nice and kind, explained everything very well. The car was working well, however had some technical issues, for example a méter long crack on the window, and the lock of the door was broken, so we were worried to lock yourselfes out... The pick up of the car was in a different city, in Kotor, and 2 man came for the car. I asked from the organisers to inform me 15 min before they arrive, but they didnt, so the men had to wait for me for 10 min until i ran there. Overall the service was fine, the pick up and drop off went smoothly and the price was also okey!

I will write the pros and cons. pros: 1. there was no our car, they called us and offered another, until ours appeared (one day). 2. polite employee, pleasant communication. 3. punctuality. the car and the first and second were brought on time. 4. the technical condition of large units (engine, brakes, gearbox) was in good working order, at least from the driver's point of view. the box was not "stupid", the engine did not fail, the brakes worked properly. minuses: 1. both the first and second cars were not very new. or rather not at all in a new one, although the Toyota was only three years old, but it was in very strong scratches, chips. in the Audi (which we were given on the first day) there was a crack in the windshield, and one rear door was not closed with the central lock. also, the trunk did not open there, at all, in general, in any way. 2. cleanliness. The Audi interior was stained with .. I don't know .. with salt? sea water? sweat ?. that is, no one at all takes care of the cleanliness. small debris on the rugs. before handing over the Toyota, we washed the car and it was much cleaner on delivery than when it was handed over to us. 3. there was no washer in the car at all !!! I had to buy it for my own money, as the roads are dusty in places and without a washer. 4. price. as it turned out, it is slightly higher than the market for such a state of the car.
