The pickup from the airport car park was informal compared to going to an office or being picked up and driven to an office but was much easier and worked well. The staff were clear, easy to understand and helpful. The vehicle was a little old with a few scratches already on it but in many ways I prefer that to getting something brand new and spotless. As the slightest 2mm mark on the bumper of a brand new vehicle leads to a claim. Overall everything was fine.

I rented this car for one day. The car itself is in good condition, I hadn't had any problems with it. But there is an issue with deposit. I left the 150 euro deposit using bank card. After the rent I gave my card to return the deposit and there was some error. The car owners told that they returned it and I should contact to my bank. But my bank is saying that the deposit transaction have not been unfrozen... 2 weeks have passed, but I still have NOT get my deposit back. When I'll get it back, I'll change the review, but to all future lessees keep in mind, that you can encounter some problems with deposit return...

The deposit has been returned, and as we have explained couple of times, due to banking procedure it may take up to 30 days sometimes. We gave you the receipt where we canceled the deposit authorisation but its no longer up to us so the bank has to do its part. We understand the situation and have contacted the bank but we cant do more than that.

Took a car from 1 to 4 January of this year. Despite the holidays, everything was clear without delays and problems. Thank you Stefan. Car in very good condition. I recommend.
