At 10pm the day before the rental (the rental was for 9am), I was contacted again by a representative of the company and asked if I was driving a manual. The thing is that Skoda in Bara and because of two days it will not be taken to me, so I have a choice: ancient Accent on automatic or 208 on manual. I chose the 208. In the morning they brought the car. In the contract I paid attention to the field "Car for rent in Montenegro", where there was a stamp of the rental company. I asked what about traveling abroad. The man called someone, clarified, then wrote BiH with a pen over the stamp and said that now everything is normal. I checked a couple of times whether the pen over the seal was really normal, and I was assured that everything was definitely normal. Naturally, the first thing I was told at the border was that it was not normal and illegal to do so. I had to "turn on the fool" and with a lot of effort I had to beg the border guards to let me pass. Otherwise, the rental went fine. When handing over the car, I pointed out this fact to the guys, to which I received the answer that they always do so, and always everything works, and of course it is absolutely normal to do so, and in general, the exit costs 5 euros (as if I did not pay for it). In general, not a bit of doubt and regret on their part. That was the end of it. That's how it went

A little blunt box, but the corresponding mileage. Delivered a little later, but that day there was a hurricane, terrible traffic jams. There were difficulties with the delivery, someone’s sister, with whom we had not communicated before, was picking up, we could not immediately confirm that it was her (you can’t just give the keys to a stranger). Upon delivery, the car was not checked at all, we left everything in the best possible condition, even with extra fuel, but this may be important for you.

I managed all the ascents and serpentines without problems (5 passengers and luggage), although the oil temperature rose significantly on a long rise. In general, the impressions from using your service are very positive, but at first there were some doubts. I saved a lot on rent, although I was embarrassed by the prepayment without a preliminary opportunity to inspect the car. Cons: There was no USB charger for the phone in the car, so more often I had to charge the phone for navigation.

Automatic car offered as they didn't have a manual working air-conditioning. We felt safer operating the manual but didn't have air conditioning. They arranged to replace our car the following day but it happened two days later. USB ports and phone holders would have been useful in all vehicles. Staff were friendly and the price was competitive.

I'm not sure if it was a Renault clio, as a different car has been given to us (because of changes). At the airport we had a little stress as the woman giving us the car was not there, and we didnt had internet right from the beginning. But about 10 mi later she came and she was very nice and kind, explained everything very well. The car was working well, however had some technical issues, for example a méter long crack on the window, and the lock of the door was broken, so we were worried to lock yourselfes out... The pick up of the car was in a different city, in Kotor, and 2 man came for the car. I asked from the organisers to inform me 15 min before they arrive, but they didnt, so the men had to wait for me for 10 min until i ran there. Overall the service was fine, the pick up and drop off went smoothly and the price was also okey!

I had good experience. The car was changed to Peugeot 308, but does't matter. It was good car, I had traveled for two weeks without any problem. One moment: Please put a air pump into the bagage, it will be much more calm to travel for long distance. I wish would to take this or another auto again
