The pickup from the airport car park was informal compared to going to an office or being picked up and driven to an office but was much easier and worked well. The staff were clear, easy to understand and helpful. The vehicle was a little old with a few scratches already on it but in many ways I prefer that to getting something brand new and spotless. As the slightest 2mm mark on the bumper of a brand new vehicle leads to a claim. Overall everything was fine.

The only downside is that they didn't warn me that the fuel gauge could be hovering at the same level. As a result, I stalled in the middle of the highway, it turned out to be out of gas, although the gauge showed half a tank. Luckily I stopped right in front of the gas station, I was lucky. If they had warned me about it, I would not have had any remarks. From non-critical for me for this price, but perhaps important for someone else: shock absorbers are dead (huge roll), tires are almost bald and cracked, one tire is gradually losing pressure, the steering wheel is not in the center and the car moves away even if you pump the same pressure in the tires, on one of the rear wheels can not get to the nipple because it is closed with a cap (fortunately it did not lose pressure), consumption is quite large. And so the car starts, drives, brakes, does not overheat in traffic jams, the air conditioner cools.

Cons: There was no USB charger for the phone in the car, so more often I had to charge the phone for navigation.

I rented this car for one day. The car itself is in good condition, I hadn't had any problems with it. But there is an issue with deposit. I left the 150 euro deposit using bank card. After the rent I gave my card to return the deposit and there was some error. The car owners told that they returned it and I should contact to my bank. But my bank is saying that the deposit transaction have not been unfrozen... 2 weeks have passed, but I still have NOT get my deposit back. When I'll get it back, I'll change the review, but to all future lessees keep in mind, that you can encounter some problems with deposit return...

Everything went perfectly. Drago is a punctual, pleasant young man. Met us at the airport upon arrival, the car was waiting in the parking lot. The car is compact, nimble, maneuverable, with low gas mileage. We drove it from Podgorica to Saranda along the coast, passed dozens of serpentines and back, he never failed. We are very satisfied with the service and the car! Just one small minus, there is no USB charging in the cabin, advise drivers to buy auto-charging for a cigarette lighter in advance, so that you don’t suddenly have a navigator.
