The first setback is that you had to pay in cash, which no one told us. We were left without any money. They didn't give us the car we had asked for, they gave us another one because it was in the car shop. The next day they bothered us because they changed us for the rented car. Comprehensive insurance is useless because it has to be with police parts. You can save it. The car broke down again. The air conditioning did not work. They took it away and brought us another one of lesser category. After two days they returned the Megane to us. When we left it at the airport they looked at the car with a magnifying glass and said it had a dent under the chassis. We had not done it and they also took the car away twice. It could have been them but they asked us for photos when they returned the car to us at night. They took away part of the deposit that we left, which no company with all risks asks for. The worker threatened to call the police. His name is Igor and he was arrogant and the only thing he wanted was controversy, with a smile. In the end our flight left and he kept the part of the deposit. Horrible experience, inhuman treatment with customers and feeling of deception. I hope you change things otherwise you will lose many customers. I wouldn't recommend you at all.

All was good. I just rented a cactus because I wanted a bigger car, in the end I got just a citroen c4 (no cactus) - for the same price. At the beginning I was very angry, but the car was fine.

Even though the car hasnt been in the best technical shape (breaks, drivers seat lift, mirrors), it didnt let us down during our week when we drove it. The car doesnt consume much diesel and the communication with its rental company is good. The website said it would be possible to pay by debit card but at the end we had to pay for the car in cash (fortunately we had enough). I recommend this company to everyone who is able to overlook minor vehicle imperfections for getting the better price than with other companies.

The car rental went flawlessly, the car worked properly for the entire lease period, the owners brought the car to our hotel on the first day and met us at the airport upon delivery. They were also very polite and friendly with us, in case of problems on the road they promised instant assistance. but there were no problems. Next year we want to return and we will definitely use your services again! Thank you very much!

The Best!!! if you want to enjoy Montenegro supporting local companies with amazing service, full insurrance ,car on time , perfect communication and super gentle staff, the car was perfect, so just go and rent it with them ..... We even had delay of the flight and it was no problem for them to bring the car to the parking of the airport..... All other companies like Hertz europecar sixt and other multinational companies offered the double price without insurrance and horrible service. So far the best rental i ever had , and i travel and rent cars a lot in many countries.
