استأجرت سيارة لمدة 10 أيام. وقد حصلت على سيارة من الدرجة الأولى، ولكن حالتها بعيدة كل البعد عن المثالية. لم أتوقع أي شيء آخر، نظراً لعدم وجود عربون. اضطر المندوب إلى الانتظار لمدة 15 دقيقة، لكن خطأ الطائرة وصل قبل ذلك. تم الاستلام على مبدأ المفاتيح على العجلة الأمامية ووداعاً. فقط في حال التقطنا صورة لأنفسنا, أنك لم تكن حيل. السيارة، على الرغم من رثتها، لكنها لم تخذلنا، بشكل عام، أوصي بالخدمة، لكن لا تنتظر السيارات الجديدة.

أنا ممتن جداً لخدماتكم. ولكن أود أن أشير إلى أن تويوتا أوريس لم أستخدم بيجو 308. كانت هناك مشاكل خطيرة مع الصندوق، في الصيف استأجرت سيارة فولكس فاجن بولو 2022 بنفس المبلغ.

نجح الاستئجار بشكل جيد. لكنها كانت سيارة مختلفة. لكن كل شيء كان على ما يرام شكراً لك

كانت هذه أول سيارة مستأجرة لي. أولاً، لم تكن السيارة مستأجرة. فقد طلبت سيارة تويوتا، ولكن تبين أنها سيارة سيتروين. ثانياً، بعد بضعة أيام كانت هناك مشاكل في الإطارات. كانت الإطارات صلعاء وبدأت تنفجر. نظّم المالك عملية استبدال الإطارات الخلفية، لكن الإطارات الأمامية لم تكن أفضل بكثير وحتى نهاية الرحلة حاولت القيادة بحذر شديد وليس بعيداً. كان هناك أيضاً استبدال لمبة الضوء المنخفض. لذا بطريقة ما بعد أسبوعين كان هناك الكثير من المشاكل في السيارة. بشكل عام سأكون خائفاً من الذهاب لمسافات طويلة في الجبال بسيارة كهذه، لكن بالنسبة للرحلات القصيرة حول المدينة لا بأس بها.

كل السوبر الجيد لم يكن لديهم هذه السيارة أعطوني سيارة أخرى. اتفقنا على اللقاء وجئت واستلمت السيارة، وكانت السيارة جيدة. تركت السيارة في مطار بودغوريتسا كما هو متفق عليه.

كنت مع العائلة في مونتينيغرو من 18 إلى 21 مايو 2024. حجزنا سيارة تويوتا أوريس. عند وصولنا حصلنا على سيارة أكبر قليلاً (سيتروين C4) مما حجزناه، لكننا كنا سعداء بالتغيير. تم استقبالنا بلافتة في المطار. ملء المستندات اللازمة وتسليم السيارة - سار كل شيء بسرعة كبيرة. كانت السيارة نظيفة من الداخل. كانت الآلة تصدر صريراً أحياناً عند تبديل التروس (في أول ترسين)، ولكن بشكل عام لم تخذلني السيارة. في المرة القادمة سأستخدم خدمات هذه الشركة أيضاً.

The car wasn't the one we had ordered, but that wasn't a problem. But it was really dirty and had many papers and food form other people before us. Also the tyres were soft, which made us have a puncture which we had to find a mechanic to change it because the renter couldn't give us assistance. Also the cars battery was low and we nearly couldn't start the car a couple of times. Also we had paid for 4 days abroad because we wanted to go to Albania, but it wasn't written in the contract so the police didn't let us go through the border.

We rented a car. Everything was fine, the car did not fail. Upon arrival, we were greeted as agreed, with a sign. I didn't have to wait. They also left the car without any problems. Solid 4.5. Not an A just because the car was not washed upon receipt. The rest of the car is completely satisfied !!!
