I was very pleased with the car rental. What I received was not a Toyota Yaris, but a Skoda Fabia. The car was functional, well-kept, and sufficiently equipped with parking sensors. Actually Toyota Yaris was crashed a day before our rental so the company provided Skoda Fabia. Generally everything was okay but there was some issue with the breaks of the car. Due to short period of time we didn’t manage to change the car. However the overall experience was great. Thank you

And we agreed with him that he himself would pick her up from the same place, from my entrance. And then they wrote to me from another number from the same company (wife, then as it turned out), and information came that the car needed to be handed over at a certain point. For some time I tried to find out which of the options is correct - should I go to take it or they will pick it up themselves, as they agreed. But I didn't get a clear answer. I scored and just drove myself, drove the car to the specified point. They drove up together, accepted the car without any problems. Then it began to rain heavily, they even offered a ride back to the house. In general, only here with the return of an incomprehensible situation turned out. Well, in terms of gasoline, in my opinion, it would be more convenient to navigate on a full tank. And then they gave me a car with 1/4 and it was necessary to return it the same way. Calculating and guessing these liters is extra trouble.

Even though there's been a problem with late return of the car by the previous customer, Kristina still helped find the replacement car and that was during peak times (weekend) too. Definitely recommend.

A red Skoda Rapid arrived. I took a car for a trip to Bosnia from Beciccei. The car is excellent and did not deliver any troubles to me on the road. I also note the operational support from the landlords. Before crossing the border, a question arose about the car, to which a quick answer was received.

I will write the pros and cons. pros: 1. there was no our car, they called us and offered another, until ours appeared (one day). 2. polite employee, pleasant communication. 3. punctuality. the car and the first and second were brought on time. 4. the technical condition of large units (engine, brakes, gearbox) was in good working order, at least from the driver's point of view. the box was not "stupid", the engine did not fail, the brakes worked properly. minuses: 1. both the first and second cars were not very new. or rather not at all in a new one, although the Toyota was only three years old, but it was in very strong scratches, chips. in the Audi (which we were given on the first day) there was a crack in the windshield, and one rear door was not closed with the central lock. also, the trunk did not open there, at all, in general, in any way. 2. cleanliness. The Audi interior was stained with .. I don't know .. with salt? sea water? sweat ?. that is, no one at all takes care of the cleanliness. small debris on the rugs. before handing over the Toyota, we washed the car and it was much cleaner on delivery than when it was handed over to us. 3. there was no washer in the car at all !!! I had to buy it for my own money, as the roads are dusty in places and without a washer. 4. price. as it turned out, it is slightly higher than the market for such a state of the car.

Since we were resting at the peak of the season, the search for a car began about a week before departure to Montenegro. But it was already too late (( Cars in my price segment were either not available, or the rent was exorbitant, as for Montenegro. I have browsed over 20 sites. And everywhere there was one answer - sorry we don’t have available car ... After I left a request for Toyota Yaris at localcarhires.com, the site accepted it, reserved about 65 euros from my card (15% of the rental cost). I was glad that the search was finally successful. But it was not there) Christina, the manager of the local operator, contacted me and said that there were no cars already available for my time. I was upset, I thought that it was a divorce and that I could no longer see the 65 euros debited from the card ... We entered into communication with Christina. She was looking for a way out, gave different proposals. And most importantly, I was not sent. Christina was almost always in contact, even at 21-22 pm. As a result, Christina found a Skoda Fabia, but 3 days later than I needed. Not at a loss, upon arrival in Kotor, I found an advertisement on the street about renting a scooter. And while we were waiting for our car, we rode along the coast of the Bay of Kotor on it) Looking ahead, I will say that the car was very useful when traveling to the mountains, moving from Kotor to Budva and over long distances. And for trips along the coast, a scooter was perfect. Plus, keep in mind that everything is very tight with car parking in Montenegro. Narrow streets, huge traffic jams, few parking lots, and it's almost impossible to park on the coast. Getting a car. The car was delivered to the place indicated by me and on time (delivery service costs 20 euros). The paperwork process took 5 minutes. The friendly manager showed everything quickly, filled out the form and that's it, the car is at my disposal. Everything was quick, easy and convenient. The car corresponded to the descriptions, specifications stated on the website and was in excellent condition. And most importantly, full payment could be made upon the return of the car. Compared to renting a car, for example, in Hertz, where you need to go to their office, wait in line, they will take out your brain with a bunch of forms, documents, extra. payments for late return, prepayments, etc., everything here was as comfortable as possible. Car return. We agreed that I will return the car a few hours later than the contractual deadline, at the Tivat airport. No extras payments were not taken from me. I returned it, paid for it and flew home. By the way, it was not possible to pay by card, it is more convenient for local people if payments are made in cash. I chose to rent a car through Local Car Hires (with Kristina) as there was the possibility of delivering and picking up the car from our specified locations. Although the Toyota Yaris was not available when they delivered the car, we got a fairly new VW in great condition. The delivery and pick up were always on time. Our car rental experience was over and above what we would have expected. They picked us up at our hotel in ulcinj and the car was immaculate and there was a car seat as requested in pristine condition. The people we rented from came to pick us up at our house rental in Tivat and drove us to the Croatia border where we were spend the next portion of our trip. Unfortunately, with coronavirus we weren’t allowed to cross into Croatia until the day of our flight to go home. The car rental people drove us back to Tivat and allowed us to keep the car a few days longer. A couple days later on the day our flight was to fly out of Dubrovnik home the car rental guy picked us up at 1am and was able to convince the border crossing guards to drive us all the way to the Croatia border so we didn’t have to walk the 2km between borders on foot at night with our luggage and baby. The husband and wife car rental team went over and above to help us out. I highly recommend them and when we return one day to visit Montenegro again we will definitely be renting from them again. You won’t be disappointed. The best service we could have hoped for.
