لقد حظينا بتجربة رائعة عند استئجار سيارة من TakeCars.com. فقد أوصلوا السيارة المستأجرة إلى محطة الرحلات البحرية كما وعدونا. كان التواصل مع مندوبهم سلساً وسهلاً. كان مندوبهم متجاوباً للغاية. لم تكن السيارة التي استأجرناها جديدة تماماً، لكنها كانت موثوقة وأوصلتنا إلى المكان الذي أردنا الذهاب إليه دون أي مشكلة. سنفكر بالتأكيد في استخدام TakeCars.com مرة أخرى في المستقبل وسنوصي به لأي شخص نعرفه.

في الواقع، كان هناك موقفان مرهقان حدثا أثناء استئجار السيارة. 1) عندما كنا لا نزال في المطار في بولندا، كتبت لنا شركة التأجير على واتساب أنه بسبب الاختناقات المرورية لن يتمكنوا من الوصول إلى مطار بودغوريتسا، ولكن بعد حوالي 15 دقيقة أجابوا بأن ذلك كان خطأ وأن السيارة ستكون هناك. 2) عند وصولنا إلى بودغوريتسا، جاء أحد الموظفين لاصطحابنا واصطحبنا إلى سيارة أوبل إنسيغنيا سيدان بخمسة مقاعد (كنا ستة أشخاص، كل واحد منا يحمل حقيبة وحقيبة ظهر). أضعنا ما يقرب من 30 دقيقة لأن الموظف حاول إقناعنا بأنه يمكننا الركوب في السيارة ونحن ستة أشخاص، وإذا فعلنا ذلك، فإن رئيسه سيغرمنا حتى لو أردنا ذلك، لأننا لن نتسع لها مع أمتعتنا. وأخيراً، عندما عرضت عليه إلغاء العقد والمطالبة باسترداد العربون البالغ حوالي 30 يورو، عرض علينا فكرة وأعطانا سيارة ثانية، فانتهى بنا الأمر بسيارة أوبل إنسيغنيا وسيارة سيتروين C3. وفي اليوم التالي قضينا عدة ساعات في انتظار استبدال السيارتين بسيارة فولكس فاجن توران المتفق عليها. كانت السيارة في حالة جيدة بشكل عام، باستثناء التحذير بإيقاف تشغيل المحرك بسبب انخفاض ضغط الزيت الذي كان يصدر كل 15 دقيقة تقريباً. ولكن بشكل عام، بالنظر إلى السعر وحقيقة أن المالك عرض أخيراً حلاً بديلاً في شكل سيارة ثانية للوصول إلى الفندق بعد طلبات عديدة، كان الأمر جيداً.

استأجرت سيارة فولكس فاجن توران وكان كل شيء رائعاً. كانت السيارة نظيفة ومريحة وذات مساحة كبيرة. سهلة القيادة وجيدة في استهلاك الوقود. كنت سعيداً جداً بالإيجار وسأختارها مرة أخرى.

كان كل شيء على ما يرام. كانت نقطة الاتصال لدينا موثوقة ومهذبة. 👍

أنا راضٍ جداً. عملت السيارة دون أي مشاكل. كان الاستئجار سريعاً وقريباً من موقع شقتي. بعد استئجار السيارة، تركتها في موقف السيارات الذي استلمتها منه. سأوصي الآخرين بموقعكم، خاصة أنه لم يكن هناك إيداع عند استئجار السيارة.

we received a car about 1,5 hour later when we expected. So we had to rush after what. Car was in bad condition (visual). A lot of damages. Materials torn from the top of the car but in principle car ran fine.

All in all the experience was fine, but the pick up of the car was problematic. It was said that there will be someone to greet us with name card, but there was no one waiting. After almost an hour of waiting we finally turned on internet, we got message that the car is in parking lot, but they gave wrong number plates.

Turan was quite decent. Big plus for the very quick help regarding the flat tire. We had a spare help within a few hours.

the car was different than the one I ordered, it was dirty inside (upholstery), it had a faulty exhaust system - exhaust fumes were getting inside. I had a problem with returning the car because no one was waiting for me at the airport and I left the car in the parking lot with the keys in the glove box

The car was provided at the appointed time. Everything corresponds to the information presented on the site. Goran is a client-oriented and contact landlord. I can recommend.

The car was delivered on time, clean, with a minimum of bureaucracy during delivery and acceptance. Good roomy car! Not old. There were no significant comments on the body, not critical. In general, I am very satisfied! I will definitely come here again and highly recommend to everyone!

Yes, there was a case. Everything was fine except for getting the car ... waited at the airport for 2 hours. They gave another car - a disaster! The next day they gave the one they ordered. Then everything was OK. I will order again in October.
