After almost an hour of waiting we finally turned on internet, we got message that the car is in parking lot, but they gave wrong number plates.

Turan was quite decent. Big plus for the very quick help regarding the flat tire. We had a spare help within a few hours.

I had a problem with returning the car because no one was waiting for me at the airport and I left the car in the parking lot with the keys in the glove box

Yes, there was a case. Everything was fine except for getting the car ... waited at the airport for 2 hours. They gave another car - a disaster! The next day they gave the one they ordered. Then everything was OK. I will order again in October.
