Jeg lejede den, men fik en anden bil, fordi ejeren sagde, at Mercedes-koblingen var brudt sammen. Alt var godt, kun udtjekningen var vanskelig på grund af sproget.

we reserved de car on time, but it was very dirty and it hasn’t benzine. It’s all.

The car was not in a very good state. It smelled like ciagrettes really bad. The rear windshield wiper was missing. Engine lights were on nonstop. One lady broke our windshield and we were supposed to pay for damages even though we were not at fault.

They changed a few things like finally the car was a Volkswagen Polo, they picked us up from the airport but didn't deliver the car until the day after... but the communication with Aldi was excellent and also we used a lot of petrol and very little and they refunded us the remaining money, I thought that was a wonderful action on their part that made us recommend them 100% without any doubt. We ended up very happy. Thank you very much!

Everything went fine But it was not and Audi We rented an Audi But they showed up with a Golf Airbag light on Motor light on Abs light on Didn't lock all the door Drivers window did not open I was to switch cars Which they did They came with another Golf With the same lights on, but the doors locked and window was working Car ran fine the whole time ntw And the owner was very nice all the time

I rented a Mercedes and didn't get it, it was broken. I finally got my old car, which was traded in 2 days later for another car. So, yes, I finally got a BMW.

Upfront I had contact with the supplier and he gave me the choice to switch to a Mercedes (no surcharge). Everything went well, communication was good and the car was good as well. Next time I will rent it via your website again!

everything was fine. The people of the Company were very friendly. The car wasnt the newest but the AC worked which was Important 😄 Overall everything was very uncomplicated 👍🏻

It was good, nothing in particular to mention I think only something went wrong with communication, but that was on my part but they were very friendly and the car was good, it was a Toyota corrola instead but they asked beforehand and I didn't mind

Oplevelsen var slet ikke god. De gav os en gammel bil, uden forlygter og fuld af skader. Vi tog billeder af bilen, men det var svært, fordi solen ikke tillod klare billeder. Vi klager ikke for ikke at spilde tid på vores ferie. Det værste var, da vi afleverede den, at de ville gøre os skyldige i et af de angreb, som vi ikke havde begået. Desuden ville en gruppe på 4 drenge og 1 pige tvinge os til at betale €350, og de ville ikke returnere vores kufferter (de var inde i bilen). Endelig kunne vi forstørre en af de videoer, vi havde optaget, og vi kunne bekræfte, at det slag allerede var der, da de gav os bilen. Situationen var meget ubehagelig.

im Albania we needed to change the car because It doesn't work well We contacted with Aldi and in the same day they changed us the car for another one. We made a agreement with the fuel and the second one worked ok. So at first we had a bad opinion because they gave us a bad car, but then a well opinion because they changed It fast.

The truth is that it was not the best of sensations...to begin with, I seem to remember that we chose the Full-full fuel option and they delivered it to us with only a few km and to return we had to adjust the quantity; It also had a bad reverse gear and it was very difficult to put it in, which was not very safe and then we did not know that they managed private vehicles. For the rest, they tried to make the management as good as possible and after other difficulties in understanding each other, everything was arranged well. Overall good, but I would like more transparency from the beginning... Thank you.

We didn't got the Volkswagen Polo, but a Ford Focus, and it was only at the the third try. It behave well. The contact guy answered promptly when needed.

Rental company was quite flexible with the pick up and drop off time, but the car’s horn wasn’t working and the left front wheel was making noise whenever it was driven. I made complain about this but nothing was done or said. Even though i opted for maximum(full) insurance, a damage that i didn’t cause was still pinned on me, thankfully i made a full video before driving the car which showed the damage was there before. But asides those i guess it was an okay experience. The rental process was straightfoward and simple on your website. And also the inside of the car was dirty when it was delivered.

Mercedesen var gammel og havde kørt 300.000 km plus, men okay, prisen var god. Vi havde problemer med motoren. På et tidspunkt kunne vi ikke køre hurtigere end 60 på en vej, der gik opad, hvor alle kørte mindst 80. Det virkede, som om bilen havde et problem, som ingen forstod. Den var sandsynligvis overophedet. Så fra da af holdt vi airco'en slukket. Det hjalp. Men det var 38-40 grader, så airco ville have været meget velkommen. Samme dag punkterede vi. Der kom en for at hjælpe os, bare en fyr på vejen, meget flink. En fyr fra firmaet kom senere for at få reservedækket repareret, hvilket var godt. I slutningen af vores ferie, da vi leverede bilen tilbage, begyndte fyren, der hentede den, at gøre et problem ud af, at vi ikke havde vasket bilen, og at han i denne tilstand ikke kunne bedømme, om lakken var beskadiget et eller andet sted. Han havde aldrig før fortalt os om nogen bilvask. Han sagde, at det stod i kontrakten, men det var kun på albansk. Han prøvede at beholde vores depositum på 100 euro for dette (for at vaske en bil, virkelig??), så vi havde et frygteligt skænderi med ham om dette. Ham, der udlejer disse biler på hjemmesiden (Aldi), er en rigtig flink fyr. Han talte manden fra skænderiet, og til sidst fik vi vores depositum tilbage.

was good except the fact that Aldi noticed is the evening before the start of our rental that we had to pay for insurance while the booking stated that the insurance was free (that was the reason why we picked this car) He said it was his fault but a booking is a booking

they gave us a worn down, not maintained car where literally everything was broken (and I mean everything) we found out during our stay. A dangerous car (flat tyres, no car horn, engine shut off when driving in first gear in the mountains) and numerous other stuff broken or missing. I contacted him (Aldi) about it. I had to drive back to Tirana to get a lifting jack for the car. In the end he was joking about it (I wouldn't need a car horn in Albania - we almost got into an accident because of this missing car horn). Also when renting the car I was asking a couple of times about the insurance. They said: no problem: everything is okay (his brother in law who was running the business in Tirana didn't speak English). Then on top of everything we had a huge engine failure in the mountains which he stated caused by our doing. I still don't know what happened to the car. After a few days he started texting me to pay him a lot of money for this (I think it was 2000 euro or something; oh no I got a 'discount'). And he started waving his contract (Albanian) at me. I declined because of the fact that I still don't know what happened to the car (never saw an official damage contract) and the bad state of the car. I never got a replacement car. So we only had the 16 days or so. We missed out 12 days. And then the 'threats' started. He would go to the police, legal steps, etc. He and his brother started pushing pressure on us. We left Albania because of this. And he is still sending me whatsapp messages through his 'friends' I guess. I should pay him or otherwise....I'm blocking everything right now. I already contacted my lawyer about this whole situation. This Aldi guy will give you a different story I guess, but this is my point of view. And in my point of view he is owing me money (car rental, deposit, full tank, taxi/bus).

Unfortunately it was a really bad experience, because the car was broken (the entire electric system) so I had several issues during the three days I had the car.... Basically it kinda ruined my vacation in Albania... The renter (Aldi) was nice, he payed me the bus to go back to Tirana from Saranda (because the car was completely dead), and payed me the taxi to go back to the airport.... But actually I payed 168 euro for the car and it was given to me already broken... Very bad experience...at least I should have had back the money for all the problems it brought to me (fisical and mental)...

we rented the car and we live directly or I was picked up directly at the airport by an employee and shown the car there. I did a quick look over the car and found a few dents but overall it was fine what I didn't know at the time is that the car horn is very important an Albania and it wasn't there at all. It was broken, nothing happened when I pressed the horn. The tires were also pretty worn out. After a few days the tires also became our downfall - one tire was flat. We then replaced the tire a total of 4 times, meaning we changed the tire four times and in the end the spare tire also had a flat tire. in the middle of nowhere we then had to have the tire replaced with the help of a villager and his cousin that paid from our register and the owner of the car or rental company made a little effort to give us the money. Only after we said we wanted to talk to the police did they finally cooperate with us. So in the end everything worked out well, we were happy with the car or with the performance with the horsepower, But as most people locally have recommended, we would only rent a car locally and no longer via a website when we are in Germany. They all told us that we would get better cars, i.e. better quality, for the same or less money

Everything was okay, we didn't recieve the rental car but the car we recieved was good. The communication was super and easy.. So all good and nice.

It was not the best rental car and service from the Guy. So yes 🙂 They Lie about everything… The car: Broken airco with 39 degrees, no 5th gear, light Inside is broken, 1 of the 2 wipers that is broken, tub right front mirror falls continu off, rim is maked with waist rips, rim is falling while driving, no range for the radio, if you can tell me this is a normal car and normal service…. And your company text me before that we get not what we want; Fiat Punto instead of the Peugeot 307 we booked… and I allready told them that I needed airco. They told is was managed… The car was dangerous, way too hot and ready to be demolished. That afterwards you had the guts to rent it out. They have 100% never seen the car before. When we want to return the car, the lie to me. It was possible to bring the car back at 02.00 o clock. But in the last moment I had to pat 40 euro. Ridiculus. And the worst, when i don’t want to pay extra money… I was the Mother Fucker, They want to kill me and more… So I run away and I was really scared …

Hyundai i20
On the first day, I am contacted by Aldi and told that the red i20 (pictured) has an air conditioning problem and so they will give me a Fiat Panda as a replacement. The Fiat Panda is on reserve. I take the Panda, supply it with 2000 lek and head to the hotel. The Fiat Panda in question is not capable of traveling long distances, so I stay at the hotel until the next day, waiting for a red Yiunday i20. It should be emphasized that the contact was not in Albania, but in Italy, so I had to communicate with people who did not even speak English. - On the second day, the staff assigned by Aldi delivered the red i20 to my hotel and I immediately noted that 4 very worn tires were installed, which are not suitable for a rental car. So Aldi from Italy promises me that someone will come the next day and change the tires. So for the second day I can't get it out of the hotel In the evening of the second day I also notice the lights off like in the photo At this point I get very angry and ask Aldi to be more serious about service because I wasted my vacation at the hotel. On the third day, which was even more serious, only the two front tires were replaced. I immediately called Aldi to get an explanation as to why the staff in Albania could not be contacted. I tell him I want a refund for the rental, even if only partially, but he refuses, apologizing for the inconvenience. As for the car's headlight, only the low beam has been replaced today. In fact, on the fourth day I drove over 500 km without high beam headlights. The only proper thing your partner in Aldi did was to refund me the 2000 lek of gasoline spent on the panda returned on the second day. I now ask your company in charge of Aldi to report this as soon as possible and get a refund, even a partial refund. The service was not suitable as road safety was not guaranteed. In addition, I paid full insurance to avoid this inconvenience. I paid 434€ for a non-guaranteed service I REQUEST a refund, even a partial refund, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action as provided for by the legislation in force.
