Bilen og servicen gav god værdi til prisen. Kontakten med kontoret var professionel, og afhentning/aflevering var meget velorganiseret, men ISOFIX i Clio var ødelagt, så vi kunne ikke tilslutte babystolen korrekt, og vi fik at vide af udlejeren, at der ikke var mulighed for at bytte den.

We were happy with the car. It worked steady! Only the child’s seat seemed to be not the safest. We liked your service so far. Delivery and pickup were on time and the guy was very friendly. But we were surprised that we had to pay cash when we took over the car. We expected to be able to pay with credit card. This wasn’t noted in the booking documents. It was a bit disappointing that we had to get money from the airport ATM. This meant some extra costs for us. I hope this feedback helps you to fine tune your services

The only thing is that the car started complaining about tire pressure pretty soon after receipt, that is, I have a feeling that the inspection before renting out is not very much concerned. We used a local car rental for a day rental in Montenegro in July. It was a seamless experience. The owner stayed in touch, dropped the car off at our hotel and picked it up the next day with no problem. It was much cheaper than other rental sites. Definitely recommend

Hi. There were some problems as Clio was not starting 1st day. After we came to our spot. They changed the battery but Next day again same problem. We got another car Touran tgt was later switched to Skoda Fabia. So bad luck in the begging but renting company acted quick so in general I have a positive impression 👍. We were delayed because we came from Croatia by bus. The car rental company kept waiting even though they thought we wouldn't come. The car was in fine condition. Contact with the car rental company went smoothly via whatsapp. We had no further problems and the car was picked up on time at the agreed place. Would definitely recommend this company. BR, Huib
