Very bad First they gave me the wrong car. The engine light was on the whole time, they said it was the right one. I asked for a discount as the car was much lower class. Then they didn't want to bring it to the airport, even though it was paid for. In the end they refused to take it to the airport either. And they wouldn't return the discount we agreed on for the replacement car. Only threats of police forced to return the discount. The car was dirty and dusty inside.

전반적으로 괜찮았지만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점이 있었습니다. 예약한 차량과 다른 차량(포드 대신 현대 차량)을 받았지만 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 서스펜션이 닳아서 도로의 모든 요철이 느껴졌고 타이어 트레드가 완전히 닳아 없어지는 등 차량의 상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 렌터카 회사와의 커뮤니케이션은 WhatsApp을 통해 원활하게 진행되었습니다. 차주를 직접 만나지 않고 여동생이 차를 건네주었고 반납할 때는 약속된 장소에 차를 맡기기만 하면 되었습니다.
