Booked the car without any problems The next day we met at the appointed time. I picked up the car. I used it all day without any problems. In the morning a man (not the one who gave me the car) was supposed to come. He showed up late, but it was no big deal. I went out, they say you scratched the car 😨 I'm shocked because I know I didn't do it. He calls the guy who gave it to me. On the other end they say the car was fine. 🤷🏼♀️ At this point I remember that I made a video before I got in the car. The video clearly shows that there was a scratch (I do not know how miraculously I made the video, as the first time in my life to rent) For the same reason, I filled a full tank by habit (it's my fault, I understand) But, I think you could go to a meeting and make a discount at least, I almost did not rent it. In general, everything is normal, but I think it is necessary to make it mandatory to take a photo of the car "before", so that there were no such incidents.

I was very satisfied with everything. The reserved car was not available, I was given a Nissan Rogue with no change in the rental price. The manager Eric (if I'm not mistaken) was very welcoming, friendly and customer oriented. I have been working with customers for 10 years myself, so I know what to look out for. The service was at a decent level. The car is technically sound, clean, the terms of the lease are affordable and transparent. Interaction with the manager is on top. In a word, I am in a very positive mood about the services from TakeCars!

everything went very smoothly, car was great, company arrived/pick up on time, etc. no issues. The only minor complaint was how the pricing worked - it was about $600 to rent but still charged for drop off/pickup when there was no option to pick it up yourself (not sure why they just don't do that). include this in the price if there is no alternative).

Everything was good, the car was eventually provided ford focus, as I realized it was newer, but there was a small malfunction with the gearbox, which forced me to sometimes stop on the way, so that the car - cooled down. Otherwise everything was good and polite.

Driving out of Yerevan, it's as if you find yourself in "another world" with amazing landscapes and, frankly speaking, rather bad roads, which will add spice to the experience. In Yerevan itself and on the main highways the roads are good, but outside of it the real adventure begins with natural beauties all around.
There are enough good gas stations in Yerevan, but outside the city it is better to fill up only at branded stations, and better with a reserve! There are also a lot of LPG cars in Yerevan, but they are rarely available for rent.

- Speed: up to 60 km/h in populated areas and up to 90 km/h outside.
- Blood alcohol should be zero.
- A low beam is always mandatory.
Parking lot in Yerevan
Underground and surface parking lots in Yerevan are marked with red lines, but in the city it is customary to spontaneously dump a car where it is convenient. Fines for improper parking are rare.
