Great communication, got the car delivered and picked up as promised and on time. Car was in solid condition, driving well, and the Wifi option worked great.

파사트를 주문했지만 쿠타이시에 도착했을 때 아무도 우리를 만나주지 않았고, 몇 번의 전화 끝에 파사트의 재고가 없다는 사실을 알게 되었습니다. 하지만 한 시간 만에 분쟁이 해결되었습니다. 저는 프리우스에 동의했고 주인은 보증금 없이 할인을 해주었습니다. 출발 전날 주인에게 전화를 걸어 밤 03:00에 만나 차를 옮기기로 동의했지만 (05:00 출발) 아무도 오지 않고 전화를받지 않았고 공항 주차장에 차를 맡겨야했습니다. 그러나 분노는 지나갔고 모든 일이 그렇게 일어난 것이 기쁩니다. 차는 잘 관리되고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 주인은 좋은 사람이고 파사트 문제를 해결하려고 노력한 것을 알 수 있습니다. 그가 공항에 오지 않았지만 나는 그에게 화를 내지 않습니다 (그는 아직 어리고 자고 싶어합니다). 일반적으로 나는 그에게 차에 대해 감사합니다!

The guy was nice and helpful, but the car was a bit of a disaster, to be honest. It had 250.000 km, the exaust pipe was not fixed underneath the car and was rattling around constantly and exhaust gas was coming into the car (we all smelled like it by the end). The remote locking via the buttons on the key was not working and you had to open the car by sticking the key in the lock on the door, which would only open the driver door but not the rest. Also, the ABS and airbag systems were not working and had warnings about defects on the dashboard. Overall, it was too expensive for the disaster of a car that it was. Also, the spare tire was missing and we had a flat. We had to drive on the totally flat tire all the way to next tire shop. We could have ruined the tire if the shop did not happen to be near by.

everything was fine exept that our car had 3 allseason tires and one winter tire. that causes dangerous situations on the slippy roads in Mestia. we nearly had several accidents. When car has only one winter tire then it is more dangerous then no winertire at all. on slippy road one winter tire grips which causes that car starts turn arround .. next time i will focus on it and hope that it will not happened again.. beside this i am very satisfied with your services thank you

Everything was perfectly fine. The car owner was always on touch with us. When we arrive to the airport, driver already wait for us. In the end was the same. Owner of the rental company take the car personally. We left the car super dirty, but it also wasn’t a problem. I’m glad that we choose this rental company. Best regards Maciej
