I booked Mitsubishi outlander, them it was changed to rav4, then I got Subaru Crosstrek, which is ok. In general everything was fine, I was met, held the keys, car was ok: a bit dirty inside, some part of exterior were out of place, but it seems alright here on streets:) drop off were good and stress free as well. A bit expensive in terms price-value, but it seems prices are as they are.

The car ran well and we had no issues. It was easy to coordinate a pick-up and drop-off in Tbilisi. Although the car is older and has a lot of mileage, it seems well maintained and it was perfect for what we wanted. We were really happy to see that the Xterra had some really good tires. The tires had a lot of tread left and the tires are meant for off-road vehicles. This was really important. We needed a good four-wheel-drive vehicle and that is what we received. It was nice to have the option for 4wd Low for very steep hills. We took the car on the road to Tusheti and had no issues. I would not recommend an all-wheel-drive vehicle for this such as Subaru. It was nice to have a real 4wd and also the more horsepower of the Xterra compared to some Pajeros. The car made a few noises, but it didn't bother us as it is an older vehicle and the performance was unaffected. Overall very satisfied with the car and the service!

Not that excited - first car's AC broke, the renter did not help us with bringing the car, we had to go to Kutaisi for exchange, we even had to pay for washing the car (I understand washing when final returning, but the issue was the car here, so we expected sale not increase in price) - the renter took higher deposit, but forgot and we had a bit uneasy conversation when asking for return it. In the end he did, but this is not professional - nothing was offered for us as we had to change a bit plans to ger car with AC and we had to drive in 33 degrees Celcius in black, non-AC car... Well, not 5* review at all
