My overall feedback is neutral, even I would say positive. The communication was perfect, car delivery and pick up, and everything was very unproblematic and worked very well. The car itself was as promised, was clean. It had though some technical issues. The hand break function was kind of instable. It had a not very intuitive handle and finally ended up with a warning sign on the board that it has some problem. Although it worked but one had to be careful to make sure. I think this needs a bit of service anyway. The second issue was with the central lock. It sometimes locked only rear doors, sometimes only the drivers doors, really very random. Needed accurate check after each locking to make sure that all doors are locked. But somehow we coped with it 😀 We did not contact the technical support because it would mean delay etc. , somehow it was not that critical stuff. So that's it.

The car had to wait at the airport, then we were taken to a cafe, where we waited for a taxi, which took us to Budva. We already got a car there, but not our own. We went on it to Dobro Voda. The next morning they brought us ours and made an exchange. I would like to get the car right away at the airport and not wait in the sun. Otherwise, everything was fine. Both cars were clean and undamaged. We also handed it over without delay. Thanks a lot!
