차량과 서비스는 가격 대비 좋은 가치였습니다. 사무실과의 연락은 전문적이었고 픽업/픽업은 매우 잘 정리되어 있었지만, 클리오의 ISOFIX가 파손되어 아기 의자를 제대로 연결할 수 없었고 렌트 업체로부터 교환이 불가능하다는 안내를 받았습니다.

The only remark: they don't get too wrapped up in cleaning the salon. :) Between the front seats and the gearbox apparently stocks food in case of getting stuck in a traffic jam ... ))))))))

there was an air leak in front tire, manager just told me to put more air in the tire, so I did so :) After few days I noticed that the tire was still losing it air so I went to gas station to put some more air again. Acre few days I noticed that there was a nail in the tire. As far as I remember i had full insurance including tires and windshield, manager just told me to go somewhere to repair the tire, but it was Sunday so it was pretty problematic to do in Montenegro, because everything is closed. After few hours of search I found a guy who repaired it. But anyway it wasn’t pretty fun to waste time to repair tire when you have full insurance.

We were happy with the car. It worked steady! Only the child’s seat seemed to be not the safest. We liked your service so far. Delivery and pickup were on time and the guy was very friendly. But we were surprised that we had to pay cash when we took over the car. We expected to be able to pay with credit card. This wasn’t noted in the booking documents. It was a bit disappointing that we had to get money from the airport ATM. This meant some extra costs for us. I hope this feedback helps you to fine tune your services
