전반적으로 모든 것이 잘 진행되었습니다. 원래 예약했던 차량과 다른 차량을 받았는데, 시트로엥 C4 대신 비슷하고 적합한 대체 차량인 폭스바겐 골프 7을 받았습니다. 픽업과 반납 모두 렌트 담당자와의 약속대로 순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 의사소통도 신속하고 도움이 되었습니다. 한 가지 지적하고 싶은 점은 예정보다 이틀 일찍 차량을 반납했지만 미사용 일수에 대한 재계산이나 환불을 받지 못했다는 점입니다.

Everything is fine, the car was delivered exactly at the time that was agreed. The car is in good technical condition. All documents were ready in a couple of minutes. Everything is fine! The price would be cheaper. The car would collapse, the steering wheel is not exactly worth a little.

I've rented Vivaro through Your website, but finally I didn't get that car. One day before arrival to Montenegro I've received message on Viber that there is technical issue with Vivaro and they ar trying to find other vehicle which suits my expectations. There was no 9 Pax van available and they asked me is the VW Caddy Maxi OK for us. Basically I had no other options so I had to agree. The only problem was to fit all the bags and suitcases inside. Generally, the car was OK, but I think it is not OK to pay for 9 Pax van and receive 7 Pax in the same price. Also two days has gone before I've received kids seats, which should be provided from the beginning. I would say it was not so bad, but far away from perfection.

I booked a car with Goran, he was on time waiting for me at the airport. I booked a Renault Clio although I was given a Citroen C4 with no extra payment and I was even happier to drive this car. Goran was very responsive and answered all my questions. Will definitely use this service when I visit Montenegro next time.
