음, 괜찮았어요 🙂 긍정적 인 점 : 우리는 설명 된대로 카시트와 구성으로 차를 얻었습니다. 에어컨과 조명이 작동했습니다. 그리고 보증금을 전혀 받지 않았어요. 또한 추가 요금 없이 예약한 시간보다 1시간 늦게 차를 반납했습니다. 부정적인 점: 공항에 늦어서 30분을 기다려야 했습니다. 젊은 남성 2명이 차를 가져다 주었지만 짐을 거의 도와주지 않았습니다(저희는 여성 2명과 아이 1명으로 구성된 회사였어요). 렌트 계약서를 발급할 때 제가 추가로 지불한 CDW 전액을 명시하는 것을 잊어버려서 다시 알려줘야 했습니다. 잔돈이 없어서 5유로를 더 지불했습니다(그리고 차를 반납할 때 아무도 만나주지 않아서 돌려받지 못했습니다 - 별거 아닌 일이지만 미안하다는 말도 없었습니다). 운전석에서 땀 냄새가 났고 불쾌했습니다. 차량 시스템에 타이어, 브레이크등, 시동/정지 시스템을 나타내는 느낌표가 표시되어 타이어에 공기를 넣어야 했는데 이러한 경고 메시지에 대한 답변을 받지 못했습니다(여행을 시작한 후에야 알았습니다). 아 그리고 카시트도 많이 사용했어요. 전반적으로 차량은 정상적으로 작동했고 제가 주문한 모든 추가 옵션이 제공되었지만 매끄러운 경험은 아니었습니다.
