Opel Corsa was rented through this service. We were satisfied. Everything is very simple and fast. The car was needed the next day and on other sites they took an additional fee for urgency. There was a very favorable price here, they answered the application very quickly, the car was delivered to the right place at the agreed time. No problem. With the return, everything went fine too. I was generally satisfied of the service, It was easy to organize and fast. The only thing Is that the car had a few problems. Goran said at the beginning that there was this Ad Blue signal coming up, but that wasn't a problem, so Just continue to drive. But After 1 day there were other 2 signals "anomaly of engine" or something like that, and the message "go to assistance/service now". With this signal the car was losing also Power, so se couldnt really overtake slow cars or It was difficult with slopes. Plus we had the navigator and every 5 seconds there was the message "Ad Blue or Engine anomaly" and we couldnt see the Road, that was annoying. So, in complex it was a good service but the car (Peugeot 208 with only 10000 km) had several problems, It needed service urgently. I told this to Goran. We were hoping to be able to arrive to the last days without other problems, and luckily we did.

In Montenegro I was in touch with mr.Dragan. So, first of all in aero port of Tivat I was given old opel corsa (with broken gearbox, car body was scratched everywhere and it was motor alarm on the main panel) instead of Mercedes. After not so pleasant discussion with mr.Dragan he promised to give me Mercedes Benz 180 Cdi. Two days later it was done (to pick up the car I had to go from Bubva to Petrovacna). The car had as well many alarms (motor, sensors, lamps) and and problems with the suspension (knocking in the area of the front wheels). In Switzerland, for example, to drive such car is strictly forbidden and may be punished with huge fines. It means, when I had book the car through your site it was not mentioned that you propose cars in disrepair. It was our first visit to Montenegro and we were really disappointed with such experience. I hope, that your other clients will never meet such service again. With the Best Regards

I will write the pros and cons. pros: 1. there was no our car, they called us and offered another, until ours appeared (one day). 2. polite employee, pleasant communication. 3. punctuality. the car and the first and second were brought on time. 4. the technical condition of large units (engine, brakes, gearbox) was in good working order, at least from the driver's point of view. the box was not "stupid", the engine did not fail, the brakes worked properly. minuses: 1. both the first and second cars were not very new. or rather not at all in a new one, although the Toyota was only three years old, but it was in very strong scratches, chips. in the Audi (which we were given on the first day) there was a crack in the windshield, and one rear door was not closed with the central lock. also, the trunk did not open there, at all, in general, in any way. 2. cleanliness. The Audi interior was stained with .. I don't know .. with salt? sea water? sweat ?. that is, no one at all takes care of the cleanliness. small debris on the rugs. before handing over the Toyota, we washed the car and it was much cleaner on delivery than when it was handed over to us. 3. there was no washer in the car at all !!! I had to buy it for my own money, as the roads are dusty in places and without a washer. 4. price. as it turned out, it is slightly higher than the market for such a state of the car.

Milan appeared to be a very pleasant man. He arrived in time. Documents arranging took not more than 10 minutes. The car was clear inside and outside. The car was 2017 year of production with 61,000 km. Its technical condition was excellent: no problems with the car during mire than 500km for 3 days including driving in mountains. Though Fabia had only 1.1 l engine, it was equipped with a turbine so driving was very easy and fuel consumption was rather low: I managed to use only half of fuel tank for more than 500 km. Besides it has start-stop system and the most important one: hill assist, which helps to start on hills even without using hand brake. Passing the car to Milan didn't take much time as well: he was only interested if everything is ok ans whether I was pleased with the trip. I highly recommend Milan and his agency as a car rent
