Montenegro, October 2019. Everything went great. Typewriter ford fiesta automatic, mileage of about 95,000 km. Clean, active, with excellent brakes. Met at the airport. The rental procedure was very easy and the guys who gave us the cars were super nice. We had a VW Caddy first, which was alright, but had no windows in the back, so it was very stuffy for the kids. The driving was nice though. The Picasso was a bit small for 7 and luggage, but that was not your fault. A little smelly and not super clean, but generally alright. Overall, this was a good experience

I rented citroen c4 and got renault clio instead. After contact with manager he changed clio on mercedes b class. Everything went good. Very good contact with manager. He responds fast.
