Was very satisfied with car rental. Vadim from the company sent the contract by mail in advance, clarified all the conditions by phone, speaks good Russian. The car was received right at the airport, there were no technical problems during the holidays. Future travellers should pay attention to the mileage limit (150 km per day), this was barely enough for us. A deposit is also taken (in our case, 400 euros). Insurance with a deductible, therefore, in the event of an accident due to your fault, the money will be deducted from the deposit; however, as well as fines for violation of traffic rules. Be careful! We had a lovely holiday. I fell in love with the Czech and Austrian roads, we can only dream about them)))

Basically everything went fine. But there were unpleasant moments when receiving and returning the car. After booking on the site, I was contacted via WhatsApp by a car rental company from the UAE. I asked to send a photo of my documents, the address of issue and return of the car and flight numbers of arrival and return departure. I booked pickup and drop off at Al Maktoum Airport. Specified the time of issuance and return of the car on the site. He also confirmed the time of issuance and return of the company's car to the lessor - they confirmed that the car would be at the airport at the specified time. But the courier brought the car for 1.5 hours. Later. Before returning the car a day in advance, the lessor asked to confirm the time and place of return via WhatsApp. I confirmed - 5.00AM, Al Maktoum airport. He also pointed out that my departure was at 7.00AM and that the delay of the courier to return the car was highly undesirable. The company confirmed that it received this information (I can send correspondence if interested). But no one came to the airport in the morning to process the return of the car. I had to leave the car key in the car key box that was installed in the registration window of one of the car rental companies located at the airport. I took a picture of the box and its location, and the car in the airport parking lot - I sent the companies on WhatsApp with a description of the situation. After arriving in the country of residence, the company's courier contacted me via WhatsApp asking where to find the key at the airport - I sent him again a photo and a box at the airport. After 2 hours, I contacted the company - they confirmed to me that the car was safely picked up from the airport and the car return process was completed and the deposit blocked on my card would be returned within 30 days from the day the car was returned. Here is such a story. 4. - Also, the car was issued with a battery in the remote control with an immobilizer that had almost lost its charge. Didn't notice right away. The first day I had to start the car close to bring the remote control to the start button. And lock and unlock the car with a mechanical key. I contacted the company's support - they reported the battery model and sent a video instruction on how to replace it. But it turned out that the battery model number was reported incorrectly - I had to buy another one.🙂
