Old car with many miles and check engine light on. Door not working and windows that would barely roll down. After a few days of rental the car would not accelerate anymore and no assistance was provided and the owners never answered calls and messages. Upon delivery of the car we were charged 5€ for washing and another 15€ because according to them the fuel level was not the same as it was when the car was delivered to us. High rental price. Embarrassing. Highly not recommended.

We rented a Volkswagen Jetta for 11 days. We drove all over the country and enjoyed every minute of the trip (over 1500 km!). The car was great and the service from the company was outstanding! Delivery and pickup was great, and they even let us borrow the car for an extra few hours in the evening to help us cook dinner, which was too far to walk on our last night. Communication was mainly via WhatsApp and was always very clear and prompt, even in the late evening hours. If we ever visit Albania again, we will definitely rent a car again and will definitely recommend this company to everyone. People like this make you feel truly welcome in this country. Thank you!
