We didn't have a good experience with the car we rented. Somebody from your office crashed the car that we rented when he came to pick us up from the airport. After a long wait we got a replacement car. But it turned out that the reverse gear barely functioned. It was really terrible to drive, and was quite dangerous a couple of times. The when we returned the car, the guy there suddenly said we would have to pay for a car wash. It was not discussed beforehand that we would have to return the car completely clean. Normally that is not the standard when renting a car, so this was very strange. We didn't agree with it. Eventually we got our deposit back, but then the guy said that we had to pay a lot of money for the parking ticket, and we should give that to him. Luckily we knew that was a lie, and went to pay the ticket ourselves, which was 300 lek. It was a very unpleasant encounter. All in all I have to say that it was a bad experience, and I would not recommend this company to someone else, unfortunately. Kind regards, Merel
