During the trip, they realized that it was more convenient to hand over the car at the wrong time that was originally planned. Changed the time without any problems. All went well. Good communication with the provider and they were nice. We got a Hyundai Tucson instead but they communicated that with us in advance and since the space/size was the same, we were happy. Car was quite new and drove nicely. So all in all, a very good experience.
