It wasn't very good. First, an hour and a half late with the delivery of the car. Then another half an hour refueled the air conditioner. After an hour of driving, the engine check signals began to sound in the car and the car stalled. We waited more than an hour on the highway for a company employee. But a replacement was already delivered to us, but neither the time nor the gasoline that was left in the first car was compensated, there was a full tank. The second car was empty. We also rented a Prius to save on gas, and they gave us a Camry that used twice as much.

A very good car rental company in Georgia (Tbilisi). Booking online is very convenient, signed a contract on pickup quickly. The office is in the center of Tbilisi. The car fully matched the given photograph, was fully functional, had nice and clean interior. A nice bonus - all parkings in the city were already prepaid! The car arrived on time as promised at my hotel in Tbilisi. We have travelled quite extensively for 10 days (1700 Km) and the car worked fine. Near Vardzia I have lost all the engine oil due to a looase oil drain plug. The wonderful people of Georgia took me to the nearest village to get new oil and an improvised plug (I am after all a mechanical engineer). This type of failure may happen even to a brand new car. I highly recommend Grigol for the support and service. We have lost only 4 hours overall.

Perfect! I recomend renting car from Irakli! We were in hotel in the morning and the guy come after us, there was no need to look for taxi to get to the airport. Car served us very well on all kind of roads and "off roads". One night while we were in hotel someone crashed into the car (see the photo) but everything turned out well. We called police, spent 3 hours dealing with police, car was parked under a video camera... No problem for us after that. Good communication with manager. I have nothing bad to say... 😀👍

We actually weren’t able to get the subaru since as per the renter it wasn’t available during the day due to accident. For the replacement saloon car which is Toyota prius. Good thing about it, fuel was cost saving and the return of the car went smoothly. If you would ask me if i will book again then i would say yes.
